1 Timothy 1:18-19 ALT
(18) This command I entrust to you, [my] child Timothy, according to the previously made prophesies concerning you, so that in them you war the good warfare [fig., struggle against evil forces], (19) having faith and a good conscience, which certain [ones] having pushed away [fig., rejected], suffered shipwreck concerning the faith,

1 Timothy 1:18-19 NWT
18 This mandate I commit to you, child, Timothy, in accord with the predictions that led directly on to you, that by these you may go on waging the fine warfare; 19 holding faith and a good conscience, which some have thrust aside and have experienced shipwreck concerning [their] faith.

1 Timothy 1:18-19 BBE
(18) This order I give to you, Timothy my son, in harmony with the words of the prophets about you, so that by them you may be strong, fighting the good fight, (19) Keeping faith, and being conscious of well-doing; for some, by not doing these things, have gone wrong in relation to the faith:

1 Timothy 1:18-19 GW
(18) Timothy, my child, I'm giving you this order about the prophecies that are still coming to you: Use these prophecies in faith and with a clear conscience to fight this noble war. (19) Some have refused to let their faith guide their conscience and their faith has been destroyed like a wrecked ship.

1 Timothy 1:18-19 CEV
(18) Timothy, my son, the instructions I am giving you are based on what some prophets once said about you. If you follow these instructions, you will fight like a good soldier. (19) You will be faithful and have a clear conscience. Some people have made a mess of their faith because they didn't listen to their consciences.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

Darby - 1889 Darby Bible

DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation

Webster - 1833 Webster Bible

RV - Revised Version

YLT - Young's Literal Translation
