(1 Timothy 4:7-10 NWT)
. . .On the other hand, be training yourself with godly devotion as your aim. 8 For bodily training is beneficial for a little; but godly devotion is beneficial for all things, as it holds promise of the life now and that which is to come. 9 Faithful and deserving of full acceptance is that statement. 10 For to this end we are working hard and exerting ourselves, because we have rested our hope on a living God, who is a Savior of all sorts of men, especially of faithful ones.

1 Timothy 4:7-10 ALT
(7) But be refusing to pay attention to the profane [or, worldly] and old wives' tales, but be exercising yourself to godliness. (8) For bodily exercise is beneficial for a few [things], but godliness is beneficial for all [things], having promise of the present life and of the coming [life]. (9) Trustworthy [is] the word and worthy of all acceptation. (10) Because, for this [reason] we both labor and are insulted [or, denounced], because we have placed our hope on [or, have trusted in] the living God, who is [the] Savior [or, Preserver] of all people, especially of believers.

1 Timothy 4:7-11 BBE
(7) But have nothing to do with unclean and foolish stories. Give yourself training in religion: (8) For the training of the body is of profit for a little, but religion is of profit in every way, giving hope for the life which now is, and for that which is to come. (9) This is a true saying, in which all may put their faith. (10) And this is the purpose of all our work and our fighting, because our hope is in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, and specially of those who have faith. (11) Let these be your orders and your teaching.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

Darby - 1889 Darby Bible

DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation

Webster - 1833 Webster Bible

RV - Revised Version
