Acts 5:27-32 ASV
(27) And when they had brought them, they set them before the council. And the high priest asked them, (28) saying, We strictly charged you not to teach in this name: and behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. (29) But Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men. (30) The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew, hanging him on a tree. (31) Him did God exalt with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, to give repentance to Israel, and remission of sins. (32) And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

Acts 5:27-32 LITV
(27) And bringing them, they stood in the sanhedrin. And the high priest asked them, (28) saying, Did we not command you by a command that you not teach in this name? And, behold, you have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine and intend to bring on us the blood of this man. (29) But answering Peter and the apostles said, It is right to obey God rather than man. (30) The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you seized, hanging Him on a tree. (31) This One God has exalted as a Ruler and Savior to His right hand, to give to Israel repentance and remission of sins. (32) And we are His witnesses of these things, and also the Holy Spirit, whom God gave to those obeying Him.

Acts 5:27-32 BBE
(27) And they took them into the Sanhedrin, and the high priest said to them, (28) We gave you very clear orders not to give teaching in this name: and now Jerusalem is full of your teaching, and you are attempting to make us responsible for this man's death. (29) But Peter and the Apostles, answering, said, We have to do the orders of God, not of man. (30) The God of our fathers gave Jesus back to life, whom you had put to death, hanging him on a tree. (31) Him God has put on high at his right hand, as a Ruler and a Saviour, to give to Israel a change of heart and forgiveness of sins. (32) And we are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who keep his laws.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

Darby - 1889 Darby Bible

DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation

Webster - 1833 Webster Bible

RV - Revised Version

YLT - Young's Literal Translation
