James 1:22-25 ALT Now continue becoming doers of [the] word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. (23) Because if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, this one has been likened to a man observing his natural face in a mirror, (24) for he observed himself and has gone away, and immediately he forgot what kind of [person] he was. (25) But the one having looked into [the] perfect law, the [ law] of liberty, and having continued [in it], this one—not having become a forgetful hearer but a doer of work—this one will be happy in his doing.

James 1:22-25 YLT and become ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves, (23) because, if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, this one hath been like to a man viewing his natural face in a mirror, (24) for he did view himself, and hath gone away, and immediately he did forget of what kind he was; (25) and he who did look into the perfect law--that of liberty, and did continue there, this one--not a forgetful hearer becoming, but a doer of work--this one shall be happy in his doing.

James 1:22-25 WTNT (of 1526) And see that ye be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. (23) For if any hear the word, and do it not, he is like unto a man that beholdeth his bodily face in a glass. (24) For as soon as he hath looked on himself, he goeth his way, and hath immediately forgotten what his fashion was: (25) but whosoever looketh in the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein (if he be not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work) he shall be happy in his deed.

James 1:22-25 NWT However, become doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves with false reasoning. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word, and not a doer, this one is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror. 24 For he looks at himself, and off he goes and immediately forgets what sort of man he is. 25 But he who peers into the perfect law that belongs to freedom and who persists in [it], this [man], because he has become, not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, will be happy in his doing [it].

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
