John 14:27-31 ALT
(27) "Peace I leave to you*. My peace I give to you*; not as the world gives I give to you*. Stop letting your* heart be troubled, and stop letting it be afraid. (28) "You heard that _I_ said to you*, 'I am going away, and I am coming to you*.' If you* were loving Me, you* would have rejoiced because I said 'I am going to the Father,' because My Father is greater than I. (29) "And now I have said [it] to you* before it happens, so that when it happens, you* shall believe [or, have confidence [in Me]]. (30) "I will no longer talk much with you*, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he does not have anything in Me. (31) "_But_ so that the world shall know that I love the Father, and just as the Father gave Me command so I am doing, be rising up. Let us be going from here.

John 14:27-31 CEV
(27) I give you peace, the kind of peace that only I can give. It isn't like the peace that this world can give. So don't be worried or afraid. (28) You have already heard me say that I am going and that I will also come back to you. If you really love me, you should be glad that I am going back to the Father, because he is greater than I am. (29) I am telling you this before I leave, so that when it does happen, you will have faith in me. (30) I cannot speak with you much longer, because the ruler of this world is coming. But he has no power over me. (31) I obey my Father, so that everyone in the world might know that I love him. It is time for us to go now.

John 14:27-31 NWT
28 You heard that I said to you, I am going away and I am coming [back] to you. If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am. 29 So now I have told you before it occurs, in order that, when it does occur, you may believe. 30 I shall not speak much with you anymore, for the ruler of the world is coming. And he has no hold on me, 31 but, in order for the world to know that I love the Father, even as the Father has given me commandment [to do], so I am doing. Get up, let us go from here.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

Darby - 1889 Darby Bible

DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation

Webster - 1833 Webster Bible

RV - Revised Version

YLT - Young's Literal Translation
