John 7:38, 39 NWT
38 He that puts faith in me, just as the Scripture has said, 'Out from his inmost part streams of living water will flow.'" 39 However, he said this concerning the spirit which those who put faith in him were about to receive; for as yet there was no spirit, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.

John 7:38-39 CEV
(38) Have faith in me, and you will have life-giving water flowing from deep inside you, just as the Scriptures say." (39) Jesus was talking about the Holy Spirit, who would be given to everyone that had faith in him. The Spirit had not yet been given to anyone, since Jesus had not yet been given his full glory.
