Matthew 16:21-23 ALT
(21) From that time Jesus began to be showing to His disciples that it is necessary [for] Him to go away to Jerusalem and to suffer many [things] from the elders and chief priests and scribes and to be put to death and on the third day to be raised. (22) And having taken Him aside, Peter began to be rebuking Him, saying, "[May God] be merciful to You, Lord; by no means will this happen to You!" (23) But having turned around, He said to Peter, "Be going away behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling-block to Me, for you do not keep in mind the [things] of God, _but_ the [things] of people."

Matthew 16:21-23 BBE
(21) From that time Jesus went on to make clear to his disciples how he would have to go up to Jerusalem, and undergo much at the hands of those in authority and the chief priests and scribes, and be put to death, and the third day come again from the dead. (22) And Peter, protesting, said to him, Be it far from you, Lord; it is impossible that this will come about. (23) But he, turning to Peter, said, Get out of my way, Satan: you are a danger to me because your mind is not on the things of God, but on the things of men.

Matthew 16:21-23 MKJV
(21) From that time Jesus began to show His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. (22) Then Peter took Him and began to rebuke Him, saying, God be gracious to You, Lord! This shall never be to You. (23) But He turned and said to Peter, Go, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you do not savor the things that are of God, but those that are of men.

Matthew 16:21-23 CEV
(21) From then on, Jesus began telling his disciples what would happen to him. He said, "I must go to Jerusalem. There the nation's leaders, the chief priests, and the teachers of the Law of Moses will make me suffer terribly. I will be killed, but three days later I will rise to life." (22) Peter took Jesus aside and told him to stop talking like that. He said, "God would never let this happen to you, Lord!" (23) Jesus turned to Peter and said, "Satan, get away from me! You're in my way because you think like everyone else and not like God."

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

Darby - 1889 Darby Bible

DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation

Webster - 1833 Webster Bible

RV - Revised Version

YLT - Young's Literal Translation
