Philippians 1:18-20 LITV (18) What then? Yet in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed, and I rejoice in this; yet also I will rejoice. (19) For I know that this will result in deliverance to me through your petition and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, [Job 13:16] (20) according to my earnest expectation and hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but as always in all boldness even now Christ will be magnified in my body, whether through life or through death.

Philippians 1:18-20 ALT (18) What then? Nevertheless, in every way, whether in pretence [or, with a false motive] or in truth [or, with a right motive], Christ is proclaimed, and in this I rejoice, indeed also I will rejoice. (19) For I know that this will lead to deliverance for me, through your* petition and the provision of the Spirit of Christ Jesus, (20) according to my earnest expectation [or, eager longing] and hope [or, confident expectation], that in nothing I will be ashamed, _but_ with all boldness [or, confidence], as always, also now Christ will be magnified [or, highly praised] in my body, whether by means of [my] life or by means of [my] death.

Philippians 1:18-20 CEV (18) But that doesn't matter. All that matters is that people are telling about Christ, whether they are sincere or not. That is what makes me glad. I will keep on being glad, (19) because I know that your prayers and the help that comes from the Spirit of Christ Jesus will keep me safe. (20) I honestly expect and hope that I will never do anything to be ashamed of. Whether I live or die, I always want to be as brave as I am now and bring honor to Christ.

Philippians 1:18-20 BBE (18) What then? only that in every way, falsely or truly, the preaching of Christ goes on; and in this I am glad, and will be glad. (19) For I am conscious that this will be for my salvation, through your prayer and the giving out of the stored wealth of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, (20) In the measure of my strong hope and belief that in nothing will I be put to shame, but that without fear, as at all times, so now will Christ have glory in my body, by life or by death.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

Darby - 1889 Darby Bible

DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation

Webster - 1833 Webster Bible

RV - Revised Version

YLT - Young's Literal Translation
