Proverbs 1:22-33 NWT
22 "How long will you inexperienced ones keep loving inexperience, and [how long] must you ridiculers desire for yourselves outright ridicule, and [how long] will you stupid ones keep hating knowledge? 23 Turn back at my reproof. Then to you I will cause my spirit to bubble forth; I will make my words known to you. 24 Because I have called out but you keep refusing, I have stretched out my hand but there is no one paying attention, 25 and you keep neglecting all my counsel, and my reproof you have not accepted, 26 I also, for my part, shall laugh at your own disaster, I shall mock when what you dread comes, 27 when what you dread comes just like a storm, and your own disaster gets here just like a storm wind, when distress and hard times come upon you. 28 At that time they will keep calling me, but I shall not answer; they will keep looking for me, but they will not find me, 29 for the reason that they hated knowledge, and the fear of Jehovah they did not choose. 30 They did not consent to my counsel; they disrespected all my reproof. 31 So they will eat from the fruitage of their way, and they will be glutted with their own counsels. 32 For the renegading of the inexperienced ones is what will kill them, and the easygoingness of the stupid is what will destroy them. 33 As for the one listening to me, he will reside in security and be undisturbed from dread of calamity."

Proverbs 1:22-33 CEV
(22) "How much longer will you enjoy being stupid fools? Won't you ever stop sneering and laughing at knowledge? (23) Listen as I correct you and tell you what I think. (24) You completely ignored me and refused to listen; (25) you rejected my advice and paid no attention when I warned you. (26) "So when you are struck by some terrible disaster, (27) or when trouble and distress surround you like a whirlwind, I will laugh and make fun. (28) You will ask for my help, but I won't listen; you will search, but you won't find me. (29) No, you would not learn, and you refused to respect the LORD [Jehovah]. (30) You rejected my advice and paid no attention when I warned you. (31) "Now you will eat the fruit of what you have done, until you are stuffed full with your own schemes. (32) Sin and self-satisfaction bring destruction and death to stupid fools. (33) But if you listen to me, you will be safe and secure without fear of disaster."

Proverbs 1:22-33 ASV
(22) How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? And scoffers delight them in scoffing, And fools hate knowledge? (23) Turn you at my reproof: Behold, I will pour out my spirit upon you; I will make known my words unto you. (24) Because I have called, and ye have refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man hath regarded; (25) But ye have set at nought all my counsel, And would none of my reproof: (26) I also will laugh in the day of your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; (27) When your fear cometh as a storm, And your calamity cometh on as a whirlwind; When distress and anguish come upon you. (28) Then will they call upon me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently, but they shall not find me: (29) For that they hated knowledge, And did not choose the fear of Jehovah: (30) They would none of my counsel; They despised all my reproof. (31) Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, And be filled with their own devices. (32) For the backsliding of the simple shall slay them, And the careless ease of fools shall destroy them. (33) But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell securely, And shall be quiet without fear of evil.

Proverbs 1:22-33 LITV
(22) Until when will you love to be simple, you simple ones? And will scorners desire scorn for themselves? And will fools hate knowledge? (23) Turn back at my warning; behold, I will pour out my spirit to you; I will make my words known to you. (24) Because I called, and you refused; I stretch out a hand, and none inclines, (25) but you have ignored all my counsel, and you did not desire my warning. (26) I also will laugh in your calamity, I will mock when your dread comes; (27) when your dread comes like a storm; and your calamity arrives like a tempest, when distress and anguish come on you. (28) Then they shall call on me, and I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me. (29) Instead they hated knowledge and chose not the fear of Jehovah. (30) They did not desire my counsel; they despised all my reproof, (31) and they shall eat of the fruit of their own way and be filled with their own lusts. (32) For the going astray of the simple kills them, and the ease of fools destroys them. (33) But he who listens to me shall live securely and shall be at ease from the dread of evil.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
