Psalms 14:1-3 GNB
Fools say to themselves, "There is no God!" They are all corrupt, and they have done terrible things; there is no one who does what is right. (2) The LORD looks down from heaven at us humans to see if there are any who are wise, any who worship him. (3) But they have all gone wrong; they are all equally bad. Not one of them does what is right, not a single one.

Psalms 14:1-3 LITV
(1) To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. The fool has said in his heart, There is no God! They acted corruptly; they did hatefully in deeds; there is none doing good. (2) Jehovah looked down from Heaven on the sons of mankind, to see if there were any discerning and seeking God: (3) they have all turned aside; together they have become filthy; there is none doing good, not even one!

Psalms 14:1-3 ESV
(1) To the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none who does good. (2) The LORD looks down from heaven on the children of man, to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God. (3) They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one.

Psalms 14:1-3 CEV (A psalm by David for the music leader.)
Only a fool would say, "There is no God!" People like that are worthless; they are heartless and cruel and never do right. (2) From heaven the LORD looks down to see if anyone is wise enough to search for him. (3) But all of them are corrupt; no one does right.

Psalm 14:1-3 NWT: To the director. Of David.
14 The senseless one has said in his heart: "There is no Jehovah*." They have acted ruinously, they have acted detestably in [their] dealing. There is no one doing good. 2 As for Jehovah, he has looked down from heaven itself upon the sons of men, To see whether there exists anyone having insight, anyone seeking Jehovah. 3 They have all turned aside, they are [all] alike corrupt; There is no one doing good, Not even one.
          * We have stated there is no perfect Bible translation. The original writers of the Bible were inspired by God, and their original language work can be considered spiritually perfect. The translation efforts by men into different languages are not inspired. As such, they will all be flavored slightly by the beliefs of their translators. (You can still learn the truth from any sincere Bible translation effort.) What ever name the different translators used to label God, we love knowing and using the original Hebrew pronunciation of God's personal name as penned in the original text:   יהוה  .

Psalms 14:1-3 Darby
(1) To the chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They have corrupted themselves, they have done abominable works: there is none that doeth good. (2) Jehovah looked down from the heavens upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. (3) They have all gone aside, they are together become corrupt: there is none that doeth good, not even one.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation

Webster - 1833 Webster Bible

RV - Revised Version
