Psalms 34:1-9 MWT (With God's name restored.)
(1) A Psalm of David, after he pretended to be insane before Abimelech; and so Abimelech drove him away, and David went. [1 Sam 21:10-15] I will bless   יהוה   at all times; His praise will always be in my mouth. (2) My soul will make its boast in   יהוה  ; meek persons will hear and be glad. (3) O magnify   יהוה   with me; and let us exalt His name together. (4) I sought   יהוה  , and He answered me, and delivered me out of all my fear. (5) They looked to Him and were filled with light; and their faces were not ashamed. (6) This poor man cried; and   יהוה   heard, and saved him out of all his distress. (7) The Angel of   יהוה   camps around those who fear Him, and He sets them free. (8) Taste and see that   יהוה   is good; blessed is the man seeking refuge in Him. (9) Fear   יהוה  , you who are his special people, for those who fear Him lack nothing.

Psalms 34:1-9 GW
By David when he pretended to be insane in the presence of Abimelech; Abimelech threw him out, so David left. I will thank the LORD at all times. My mouth will always praise him. (2) My soul will boast about the LORD. Those who are oppressed will hear it and rejoice. (3) Praise the LORD'S greatness with me. Let us highly honor his name together. (4) I went to the LORD for help. He answered me and rescued me from all my fears. (5) All who look to him will be radiant. Their faces will never be covered with shame. (6) Here is a poor man who called out. The LORD heard him and saved him from all his troubles. (7) The Messenger of the LORD camps around those who fear him, and he rescues them. (8) Taste and see that the LORD is good. Blessed is the person who takes refuge in him. (9) Fear the LORD, you holy people who belong to him. Those who fear him are never in need.

Psalm 34:1-9 NWT
. . .I will bless Jehovah at all times; Constantly his praise will be in my mouth. 2 In Jehovah my soul will make its boast; The meek ones will hear and will rejoice. 3 O magnify Jehovah with me, you people, And let us exalt his name together. 4 I inquired of Jehovah, and he answered me, And out of all my frights he delivered me. 5 They looked to him and became radiant, And their very faces could not possibly be ashamed. 6 This afflicted one called, and Jehovah himself heard. And out of all his distresses He saved him. 7 The angel of Jehovah is camping all around those fearing him, And he rescues them. 8 Taste and see that Jehovah is good, O you people; Happy is the able-bodied man that takes refuge in him. 9 Fear Jehovah, you holy ones of his, For there is no lack to those fearing him.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
