Romans 14:1-12 NWT
14 Welcome the [man] having weaknesses in [his] faith, but not to make decisions on inward questionings. 2 One [man] has faith to eat everything, but the [man] who is weak eats vegetables. 3 Let the one eating not look down on the one not eating, and let the one not eating not judge the one eating, for God has welcomed that one. 4 Who are you to judge the house servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls. Indeed, he will be made to stand, for Jehovah can make him stand. 5 One [man] judges one day as above another; another [man] judges one day as all others; let each [man] be fully convinced in his own mind. 6 He who observes the day observes it to Jehovah. Also, he who eats, eats to Jehovah, for he gives thanks to God; and he who does not eat does not eat to Jehovah, and yet gives thanks to God. 7 None of us, in fact, lives with regard to himself only, and no one dies with regard to himself only; 8 for both if we live, we live to Jehovah, and if we die, we die to Jehovah. Therefore both if we live and if we die, we belong to Jehovah. 9 For to this end Christ died and came to life again, that he might be Lord over both the dead and the living. 10 But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you also look down on your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God; 11 for it is written: "'As I live,' says Jehovah, 'to me every knee will bend down, and every tongue will make open acknowledgment to God.'" [Isaiah 45:23; cp. Phil 2:10,11] 12 So, then, each of us will render an account for himself to God.

Romans 14:1-12 LITV
(1) And receive the one who is weak in the faith, not to judgments of your thoughts. (2) One indeed believes to eat all things, but being weak, another one eats vegetables. (3) The one eating, do not despise the one not eating. And the one not eating, do not judge the one eating, for God received him. (4) Who are you judging another's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. But he will stand, for God is able to make him stand. (5) One indeed judges a day above another day; and another one judges every day alike. Let each one be fully assured in his own mind. (6) The one minding the day, he minds it to the Lord. And the one not minding the day, he does not mind it to the Lord. The one eating, he eats to the Lord; for he gives thanks to God. And the one not eating, he does not eat to the Lord, and gives thanks to God. (7) For no one of us lives to himself and no one dies to himself. (8) For both if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Then both if we live, and if we die, we are the Lord's. (9) For this Christ both died and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord over both the dead and the living. (10) But why do you judge your brother? Or why also do you despise your brother? For all shall stand before the judgment seat of Christ. (11) For it has been written, "As I live, says the Lord, that every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue confess to God." [Isaiah 45:23; cp. Phil 2:10,11] (12) So then each one of us will give account concerning himself to God.

Romans 14:1-12 ALT
(1) Now be receiving the one being weak in the faith, not for disputes over opinions. (2) One believes [it is permissible] to eat all [things], but the one being weak eats [only] vegetables. (3) Stop letting the one eating despise [or, look down on] the one not eating; and stop letting the one not eating judge the one eating, for God [has] accepted him. (4) Who are _you_, the one judging another's household servant? To his own master he stands or falls; but he will be made to stand, for God is able to make him stand. (5) One indeed judges [or, considers] a day [to be] above [another] day, but another judges every day [to be alike]; be letting each be fully convinced in his own mind. (6) The one honoring [or, observing] the day, to [the] Lord he honors [it], and the one not honoring the day, to [the] Lord he does not honor [it]. And the one eating, to [the] Lord he eats, for he gives thanks to God; and the one not eating, to [the] Lord he does not eat, and he gives thanks to God. (7) For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself. (8) For both if we live, to the Lord we live, and if we die, to the Lord we die. So both if we live and if we die, we are the Lord's. (9) Because for this [reason] Christ also died and rose and lives, so that He should exercise lordship over both dead [ones] and living [ones]. (10) But why do _you_ judge your brother? Or also, why do _you_ despise [or, look down on] your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. (11) For it has been written, "[As] _I_ live, says [the] LORD, every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue will confess to God." [Isaiah 45:23; cp. Phil 2:10,11] (12) So, consequently, each of us will give an account concerning himself to God.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
