Romans 15:7-13 GNB
Accept one another, then, for the glory of God, as Christ has accepted you. (8) For I tell you that Christ's life of service was on behalf of the Jews, to show that God is faithful, to make his promises to their ancestors come true, (9) and to enable even the Gentiles to praise God for his mercy. As the scripture says, "And so I will praise you among the Gentiles; I will sing praises to you." [2Sam 22:50; Psa. 18:49] (10) Again it says, "Rejoice, Gentiles, with God's people!" [Deut 32:43] (11) And again, "Praise the Lord, all Gentiles; praise him, all peoples!" [Psa 117:1][Isa 11:10] (12) And again, Isaiah says, "A descendant of Jesse will appear; he will come to rule the Gentiles, and they will put their hope in him." (13) May God, the source of hope, fill you with all joy and peace by means of your faith in him, so that your hope will continue to grow by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Therefore, accept each other in the same way that Christ accepted you. He did this to bring glory to God. (8) Let me explain. Christ became a servant for the Jewish people to reveal God's truth. As a result, he fulfilled God's promise to the ancestors of the Jewish people. (9) People who are not Jewish praise God for his mercy as well. This is what the Scriptures say, "That is why I will give thanks to you among the nations and I will sing praises to your name." [2Sam 22:50; Psa. 18:49] (10) And Scripture says again, "You nations, be happy together with his people!" [Deut 32:43] (11) And again, "Praise the Lord, all you nations! Praise him, all you people of the world!" [Psa 117:1][Isa 11:10] (12) Again, Isaiah says, "There will be a root from Jesse. He will rise to rule the nations, and he will give the nations hope." (13) May God, the source of hope, fill you with joy and peace through your faith in him. Then you will overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

7 Therefore welcome one another, just as the Christ also welcomed us, with glory to God in view. 8 For I say that Christ actually became a minister of those who are circumcised in behalf of God's truthfulness, so as to verify the promises He made to their forefathers, 9 and that the nations might glorify God for his mercy. Just as it is written: "That is why I will openly acknowledge you among the nations and to your name I will make melody." [2Sam 22:50; Psa. 18:49] 10 And again he says: "Be glad, you nations, with his people." [Deut 32:43] 11 And again: "Praise Jehovah, all you nations, and let all the peoples praise him."
