9 Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, [Genesis 3:15 ; Genesis 22:18] as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with you because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.

(9) The Lord (2962*) is not slow concerning His promise, [Genesis 3:15 ; Genesis 22:18] as some regard slowness, but He is waiting patiently towards us, not wanting any to be lost but [for] all to make room for repentance.

*2962 is the Strong's number assigned the original Greek word in this text, which is sometimes rendered "Lord" or "LORD" - Please not the definition from Strong's Hebrew and Greek dictionaries: "Supreme authority, Controller (as noun)."
