2 Timothy 3:8-9
. . .Now in the way that Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so these also go on resisting the truth, men completely corrupted in mind, disapproved as regards the faith. 9 Nevertheless, they will make no further progress, for their madness will be very plain to all, even as the [madness] of those [two men] became.
2 Timothy 3:8-9 BBE
(8) And as James and Jambres went against Moses, so do these go against what is true: men of evil minds, who, tested by faith, are seen to be false.
(9) But they will go no farther: for their foolish behaviour will be clear to all men, as theirs was in the end.
2 Timothy 3:8-9 ALT
(8) And even as Jannes and Jambres stood up against Moses, so also are these standing themselves up against the truth, people having been corrupted in the mind, disapproved concerning the faith.
(9) _But_ they will not advance any further, for their folly will be evident to all, just as theirs [i.e., Jannes' and Jambres'] also became.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
ALT - Analytical Literal Translation
ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
Darby - 1889 Darby Bible
DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible
BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English
LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible
KJV - King James Version
MKJV - Modern King James Version
NWT - New World Translation
Webster - 1833 Webster Bible
RV - Revised Version
YLT - Young's Literal Translation
