(9) if _we_ today are being examined concerning an act of kindness [done] to a sick man, by what [means] this [man] has been cured,
(10) let it be known to you* all and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom _you*_ crucified, whom God raised from [the] dead, by Him has this [man] stood before you* healthy!
(11) "This is, 'The stone, the one having been rejected by you* the builders, which has became [the] head of a corner.' [Psalm 118:22]

(9) If we are questioned today about a good work done to a man who was ill, as to how he has been made well,
(10) Take note, all of you, and all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you put to death on the cross, whom God gave back from the dead, even through him is this man now before you completely well.
(11) He is the stone which you builders had no use for, but which has been made the chief stone of the building. [Psalm 118:22]

(9) You are questioning us today about a kind deed in which a crippled man was healed.

(8) Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders,
(9) if we this day are examined concerning a good deed done to an impotent man, by what means this man is made whole;
(10) be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth this man stand here before you whole.
(11) He is the stone which was set at nought of you the builders, which was made the head of the corner. [Psalm 118:22]

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
ALT - Analytical Literal Translation
ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
Darby - 1889 Darby Bible
DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible
BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English
LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible
KJV - King James Version
MKJV - Modern King James Version
NWT - New World Translation
Webster - 1833 Webster Bible
RV - Revised Version
