Galatians 3:5-9 MWT
(5) God gives you his Spirit and works miracles in you. Does He do it because you obey the Law of Moses, or because you have heard about Christ and have faith in him?
(6) The Scriptures say that (God's Hebrew Name) accepted Abraham because Abraham had faith. [Genesis 15:6]
(7) And so, you should understand that everyone who has faith in Christ is a child of Abraham.
(8) Long ago the Scriptures said that God would accept the Gentiles because of their faith. That's why God told Abraham the good news that all nations would be blessed because of him. [Genesis 12:3]
(9) This means that everyone who has faith (in Christ) will share in the blessings that were given to Abraham because of his faith. (Gal 3:29)
Galatians 3:5-9 NWT
5 He, therefore, who supplies you the spirit and performs powerful works among you, does he do it owing to works of law or owing to a hearing by faith? 6 Just as Abraham "put faith in Jehovah (), and it was counted to him as righteousness." [Genesis 15:6] 7 Surely you know that those who adhere to faith are the ones who are sons of Abraham. 8 Now the Scripture, seeing in advance that God would declare people of the nations righteous due to faith, declared the good news beforehand to Abraham, namely: "By means of you all the nations will be blessed." [Genesis 12:3] 9 Consequently those who adhere to faith are being blessed together with faithful Abraham. (Gal 3:29)

(5) Then He supplying the Spirit to you and working works of power in you, is it by works of Law or by hearing of faith?
(6) Even "as Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness," [Genesis 15:6]
(7) know, then, that those of faith, these are sons of Abraham.
(8) And the Scripture foreseeing that God would justify the nations by faith, preached the gospel before to Abraham: "All the nations will be blessed" "in you." [Genesis 12:3]
(9) So that those of faith are blessed with the faithful Abraham. (Gal 3:29)

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals. The Translations we quote are:
ALT - Analytical Literal Translation
ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
Darby - 1889 Darby Bible
DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible
BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English
LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible
KJV - King James Version
MKJV - Modern King James Version
NWT - New World Translation
Webster - 1833 Webster Bible
