Hebrews 3:1-6 GNB My Christian friends, who also have been called by God! Think of Jesus, whom God sent to be the High Priest of the faith we profess. (2) He was faithful to God, who chose him to do this work, just as Moses was faithful in his work in God's house. (3) A man who builds a house receives more honor than the house itself. In the same way Jesus is worthy of much greater honor than Moses. (4) Every house, of course, is built by someone---and God is the one who has built all things. (5) Moses was faithful in God's house as a servant, and he spoke of the things that God would say in the future. (6) But Christ is faithful as the Son in charge of God's house. We are his house if we keep up our courage and our confidence in what we hope for.
Hebrews 3:1-6 CEV My friends, God has chosen you to be his holy people. So think about Jesus, the one we call our apostle and high priest! (2) Jesus was faithful to God, who appointed him, just as Moses was faithful in serving all of God's people. (3) But Jesus deserves more honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house deserves more honor than the house. (4) Of course, every house is built by someone, and God is really the one who built everything. (5) Moses was a faithful servant and told God's people what would be said in the future. (6) But Christ is the Son in charge of God's people. And we are those people, if we keep on being brave and don't lose hope.
Hebrews 3:1-6 ESV Therefore, holy brothers, you who share in a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession, (2) who was faithful to him who appointed him, just as Moses also was faithful in all God's house. (3) For Jesus has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses--as much more glory as the builder of a house has more honor than the house itself. (4) (For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.) (5) Now Moses was faithful in all God's house as a servant, to testify to the things that were to be spoken later, (6) but Christ is faithful over God's house as a son. And we are his house if indeed we hold fast our confidence and our boasting in our hope.
Hebrews 3:1-6 GW Brothers and sisters, you are holy partners in a heavenly calling. So look carefully at Jesus, the apostle and chief priest about whom we make our declaration of faith. (2) Jesus is faithful to God, who appointed him, in the same way that Moses was faithful when he served in God's house. (3) Jesus deserves more praise than Moses in the same way that the builder of a house is praised more than the house. (4) After all, every house has a builder, but the builder of everything is God. (5) Moses was a faithful servant in God's household. He told the people what God would say in the future. (6) But Christ is a faithful son in charge of God's household. We are his household if we continue to have courage and to be proud of the confidence we have.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
