Isaiah 60:18-22 MWT (with God's name restored) No longer will you hear about violence in your land or desolation and destruction within your borders. You will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise. (19) You won't need the light of the sun or the moon. I, the Lord God   יהוה , will be your eternal light and bring you honor. (20) Your sun will never set or your moon go down. I,   יהוה , will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will come to an end. (21) Your people will be righteous and will possess the land forever; they are the trees I planted to bring praise to myself. (22) Even the smallest family will be a powerful nation. I am   יהוה  , and I will speed it up in its own due time.

I, the LORD your God, will be your eternal light and bring you honor. (20) Your sun will never set or your moon go down. I, the LORD, will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will come to an end. (21) Your people will live right and always own the land; they are the trees I planted to bring praise to me. Isaiah 60:18-22 GW No longer will you hear about violence in your land or desolation and destruction within your borders. You will call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise. (19) The sun will no longer be your light during the day, nor will the brightness of the moon give you light, But the LORD will be your everlasting light. Your God will be your glory. (20) Your sun will no longer go down, nor will your moon disappear. The LORD will be your everlasting light, and your days of sadness will be over. (21) Then all your people will be righteous, and they will possess the land permanently. They will be the seedling I have planted, the honored work of my hands. (22) The smallest of them will become a family. The weakest of them will become a mighty nation. At the right time I, the LORD, will make it happen quickly."

Isaiah 60:18-22 LITV Violence shall not still be heard in your land, or wasting and ruin within your borders; but you shall call your walls, Salvation, and your gates, Praise. (20) Your sun shall not go in any more, and your moon shall not be removed; for Jehovah will become your everlasting light; and the days of your mourning shall end. (21) And your people shall all be righteous; they shall possess the earth forever, a branch of My planting, a work of My hands, to beautify Myself. (22) A little one shall become a thousand and a small one a strong nation. I, Jehovah, will hasten it in its time.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
