Jeremiah 46:10-12 CEV ...But the LORD (יהוה) All-Powerful will win this battle and take revenge on his enemies. His sword will eat them and drink their blood until it is full. They will be killed in the north near the Euphrates River, as a sacrifice to the LORD (יהוה). (11) Egypt*, no medicine can heal you, not even the soothing lotion from Gilead. (12) All nations have heard you weep; you are disgraced, and they know it. Your troops fall to the ground, stumbling over each other.
*From a time when ancient Egypt was the world power enslaving God's people, the Bible sometimes uses "Egypt" to refer to all the world who are not servants of God. (Gal 3:26-29)

One soldier trips over another, and both of them fall to the ground.
