Job 33:13-30 GNB Why do you accuse God of never answering our [prayers] complaints? (14) Although God speaks again and again, no one pays attention to what he says. (15) At night when people are asleep, God speaks in dreams and visions [visions in past times, but now God speaks to each one of us through the words of his Christ - Heb 1:1-2; Mat 17:5]. (16) He makes them listen to what he says, and they are frightened at his warnings. (17) God speaks to make them stop their sinning and to save them from becoming proud. (18) He will not let them be destroyed; he saves them from death itself. (19) God corrects us by sending sickness and filling our bodies with pain. (20) Those who are sick lose their appetites, and even the finest food looks revolting. (21) Their bodies waste away to nothing; you can see all their bones; (22) they are about to go to the world of the dead. (23) Perhaps an angel may come to their aid--- one of God's thousands of angels, who remind us of our duty. (24) In mercy the angel will say, "Release them! They are not to go down to the world of the dead. Here is the ransom to set them free." (25) Their bodies will grow (fresher than in the days of their youth) young and strong again; (26) when they pray, God will answer; they will worship God with joy; God will set things right for them again. (27) Each one will say in public, "I have sinned. I have not done right, but God spared me. (28) He kept me from going to the world of the dead, and I am still alive." (29) God does all this again and again; (30) each one saves a person's life, and gives him the joy of living.

Job 33:13-30 BBE Why do you put forward your cause against him, saying, He gives no answer to any of my words? (14) For God gives his word in one way, even in two, (God speaks in our day through the words of Christ - Mat 17:5) and man is not conscious of it: (15) In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep comes on men, while they take their rest on their beds; (16) Then he makes his secrets clear to men, [in past times, but now God speaks to each of us through Christ - Heb 1:1-2; Mat 17:5] so that they are full of fear at what they see; (17) In order that man may be turned from his evil works, and that pride may be taken away from him; (18) To keep back his soul from the underworld, and his life from destruction. (19) Pain is sent on him as a punishment, while he is on his bed; there is no end to the trouble in his bones; (20) He has no desire for food, and his soul is turned away from delicate meat; (21) His flesh is so wasted away, that it may not be seen, and his bones (UNTRANSLATED TEXT) . (22) And his soul comes near to the underworld, and his life to the angels of death. (23) If now there may be an angel sent to him, one of the thousands which there are to be between him and God, and to make clear to man what is right for him; (24) And if he has mercy on him, and says, Let him not go down to the underworld, I have given the price for his life: (25) Then his flesh becomes young again, and he comes back to the days of his early strength; (26) He makes his prayer to God, and he has mercy on him; he sees God's face with cries of joy; he gives news of his righteousness to men; (27) He makes a song, saying, I did wrong, turning from the straight way, but he did not give me the reward of my sin. (28) He kept my soul from the underworld, and my life sees the light in full measure. (29) Truly, God does all these things to man, twice and three times, (30) Keeping back his soul from the underworld, so that he may see the light of life.

Job 33:13-30 ESV Why do you contend against him, saying, 'He will answer none of man's words'? (14) For God speaks in one way, and in two, (God speaks in our day through the words of Christ - Mat 17:5) though man does not perceive it. (15) In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, while they slumber on their beds, (16) then he opens the ears of men and terrifies them with warnings, [in past times, but now God speaks to each of us through Christ - Heb 1:1-2; Mat 17:5] (17) that he may turn man aside from his deed and conceal pride from a man; (18) he keeps back his soul from the pit, his life from perishing by the sword. (19) "Man is also rebuked with pain on his bed and with continual strife in his bones, (20) so that his life loathes bread, and his appetite the choicest food. (21) His flesh is so wasted away that it cannot be seen, and his bones that were not seen stick out. (22) His soul draws near the pit, and his life to those who bring death. (23) If there be for him an angel, a mediator, one of the thousand, to declare to man what is right for him, (24) and he is merciful to him, and says, 'Deliver him from going down into the pit; I have found a ransom; (25) let his flesh become fresh with youth; let him return to the days of his youthful vigor'; (26) then man prays to God, and he accepts him; he sees his face with a shout of joy, and he restores to man his righteousness. (27) He sings before men and says: 'I sinned and perverted what was right, and it was not repaid to me. (28) He has redeemed my soul from going down into the pit, and my life shall look upon the light.' (29) "Behold, God does all these things, twice, three times, with a man, (30) to bring back his soul from the pit, that he may be lighted with the light of life.

Job 33:13-30 GW Why do you quarrel with him since he doesn't answer any questions? (14) "God speaks in one way, even in two ways (God speaks in our day through the words of Christ - Mat 17:5) without people noticing it: (15) In a dream, a prophetic vision at night, [in past times, but now God speaks to each of us through Christ - Heb 1:1-2; Mat 17:5] when people fall into a deep sleep, when they sleep on their beds, (16) he opens people's ears and terrifies them with warnings. (17) He warns them to turn away from doing wrong and to stop being arrogant. (18) He keeps their souls from the pit and their lives from crossing the River of Death. (19) In pain on their sickbeds, they are disciplined with endless aching in their bones (20) so that their whole being hates food and they lose their appetite for a delicious meal. (21) Their flesh becomes so thin that it can't be seen. Their bones, not seen before, will be exposed. (22) Their souls approach the pit. Their lives come close to those already dead. (23) "If they have a messenger for them, a spokesman, one in a thousand, to tell people what is right for them, (24) then he will have pity on them and say, 'Free them from going into the pit. I have found a ransom.' (25) Then their flesh will become softer than a child's. They will go back to the days of their youth. (26) They will pray to God, who will be pleased with them. They will see God's face and shout for joy as he restores their righteousness. (27) Each one sings in front of other people and says, 'I sinned and did wrong instead of what was right, and it did me no good. (28) The messenger has freed my soul from going into the pit, and my life will see the light.' (29) Truly, God does all this two or three times with people (30) to turn their souls away from the pit and to enlighten them with the light of life.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
