John 1:14-18 GW
The Word became human and lived among us. We saw his glory. It was the glory that the Father shares with his only Son, a glory full of kindness and truth. (15) (John declared the truth about him when he said loudly, "This is the person about whom I said, 'The one who comes after me was before me because he existed before I did.'") (16) Each of us has received one gift after another because of all that the Word is. (17) The Teachings were given through Moses, but kindness and truth came into existence through Jesus Christ. (18) No one has ever seen God. God's only Son, the one who is closest to the Father's heart, has made him known.
John 1:29-30 GW
John saw Jesus coming toward him the next day and said, "Look! This is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. (30) He is the one I spoke about when I said, 'A man who comes after me was before me because he existed before I did.'
John 1:14-18 and 1:29-30 BBE
(14) And so the Word became flesh and took a place among us for a time; and we saw his glory--such glory as is given to an only son by his father--saw it to be true and full of grace.
(15) John gave witness about him, crying, This is he of whom I said, He who is coming after me is put over me because he was in existence before me.
(16) From his full measure we have all been given grace on grace.
(17) For the law was given through Moses; grace and the true way of life are ours through Jesus Christ.
(18) No man has seen God at any time; the only Son, who is on the breast of the Father, he has made clear what God is.
John 1:29-30 BBE
(29) The day after, John sees Jesus coming to him and says, See, here is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
(30) This is he of whom I said, One is coming after me who is put over me because he was in existence before me.
John 1:14-18 Webster
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (15) John testified concerning him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spoke, He that cometh after me, is preferred before me; for he was before me. (16) And of his fullness have we all received, and grace for grace. (17) For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (18) No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
John 1:29-30 Webster
The next day John seeth Jesus coming to him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, who taketh away the sin of the world. (30) This is he of whom I said, after me cometh a man who is preferred before me; for he was before me.
John 1:14-18 and 1:29-30 NWT
14 So the Word became flesh and resided among us, and we had a view of his glory, a glory such as belongs to an only-begotten son from a father; and he was full of undeserved kindness and truth. 15 (John bore witness about him, yes, he actually cried out-this was the one who said [it]-saying: "The one coming behind me has advanced in front of me, because he existed before me.") 16 For we all received from out of his fullness, even undeserved kindness upon undeserved kindness. 17 Because the Law was given through Moses, the undeserved kindness and the truth came to be through Jesus Christ. 18 No man has seen God at any time; the only-begotten god who is in the bosom [position] with the Father is the one that has explained him.
John 1:29-30
29 The next day he beheld Jesus coming toward him, and he said: "See, the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world! 30 This is the one about whom I said, Behind me there comes a man who has advanced in front of me, because he existed before me.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
ALT - Analytical Literal Translation
ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
