John 2:23-25 BBE . . .Now while he was in Jerusalem at the feast of the Passover, a great number of people came to have faith in his name, after seeing the signs which he did. (24) But Jesus did not have faith in them, because he had knowledge of them all. (25) He had no need for any witness about man; for he himself had knowledge of what was in man.

(24) But Jesus did not confide himself to them; because he knew all men: (25) And he needed not that any one should testify to him respecting any man; for he himself knew what is in man.
John 2:23-25 GW . . .While Jesus was in Jerusalem at the Passover festival, many people believed in him because they saw the miracles that he performed. (24) Jesus, however, was wary of these believers. He understood people (25) and didn't need anyone to tell him about human nature. He knew what people were really like.
John 2:23-25 GNB . . .While Jesus was in Jerusalem during the Passover Festival, many believed in him as they saw the miracles he performed. (24) But Jesus did not trust himself to them, because he knew them all. (25) There was no need for anyone to tell him about them, because he himself knew what was in their hearts.
John 2:23-25 CEV . . .In Jerusalem during Passover many people put their faith in Jesus, because they saw him work miracles. (24) But Jesus knew what was in their hearts, and he would not let them have power over him. (25) No one had to tell him what people were like. He already knew.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek.
