Leviticus 16:2 MWT   יהוה   said to Moses, Say to Aaron, your brother, that he may not come at all times (only when instructed by God) into the holy place inside the veil, before the cover which is on the ark, for fear that death may overtake him; for I will be seen in the cloud on the cover of the ark (above the Cherubs).

Leviticus 16:2 GW The LORD  ( יהוה ) said, "Tell your brother Aaron that he cannot go into the holy place whenever he wants to. If he goes up to the canopy and stands in front of the throne of mercy on the ark, he will die, because I appear in the smoke above the throne of mercy.
