Luke 13:23-28 GNB Someone asked him, "Sir, will just a few people be saved?" Jesus answered them, (24) "Do your best to go in through the narrow door; because many people will surely try to go in but will not be able. (25) The master of the house will get up and close the door; then when you stand outside and begin to knock on the door and say, 'Open the door for us, sir!' he will answer you, 'I don't know where you come from!' (26) Then you will answer, 'We ate and drank with you; you taught in our town!' (27) But he will say again, 'I don't know where you come from. Get away from me, all you wicked people!' (28) How you will cry and gnash your teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets (resurrected) in the Kingdom of God, while you are thrown out!

Luke 13:23-28 GW Someone asked him, "Sir, are only a few people going to be saved?" He answered, (24) "Try hard to enter through the narrow door. I can guarantee that many will try to enter, but they won't succeed. (25) After the homeowner gets up and closes the door, it's too late. You can stand outside, knock at the door, and say, 'Sir, open the door for us!' But he will answer you, 'I don't know who you are.' (26) Then you will say, 'We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.' (27) But he will tell you, 'I don't know who you are. Get away from me, all you (workers of unrighteousness, or,) evil people.' (28) Then you will cry and be in extreme pain. That's what you'll do when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets. They'll be (resurrected) in the kingdom of God, but you'll be thrown out.

Luke 13:23-28 ESV And someone said to him, "Lord, will those who are saved be few?" And he said to them, (24) "Strive to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. (25) When once the master of the house has risen and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, 'Lord, open to us,' then he will answer you, 'I do not know where you come from.' (26) Then you will begin to say, 'We ate and drank in your presence, and you taught in our streets.' (27) But he will say, 'I tell you, I do not know where you come from. Depart from me, all you workers of evil!' (28) In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God but you yourselves cast out.

Luke 13:23-28 NWT 23 Now a certain man said to him: “Lord, are those who are being saved few?” He said to them: 24 “Exert yourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many, I tell YOU, will seek to get in but will not be able, 25 when once the householder has got up and locked the door, and YOU start to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, ‘Sir, open to us.’ But in answer he will say to YOU, ‘I do not know where YOU are from.’ 26 Then YOU will start saying, ‘We ate and drank in front of you, and you taught in our broad ways.’ 27 But he will speak and say to YOU, ‘I do not know where YOU are from. Get away from me, all YOU workers of unrighteousness!’ 28 There is where [YOUR] weeping and the gnashing of [YOUR] teeth will be, when YOU see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves thrown outside.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
