Mark 7:31-37 CEV Jesus left the region around Tyre and went by way of Sidon toward Lake Galilee. He went through the land near the ten cities known as Decapolis. (32) Some people brought to him a man who was deaf and could hardly talk. They begged Jesus just to touch him. (33) After Jesus had taken him aside from the crowd, he stuck his fingers in the man's ears. Then he spit and put it on the man's tongue. (34) Jesus looked up toward heaven, and with a groan he said, "Effatha!" which means "Open up!" (35) At once the man could hear, and he had no more trouble talking clearly. (36) Jesus told the people not to say anything about what he had done. But the more he told them, the more they talked about it. (37) They were completely amazed and said, "Everything he does is good! He even heals people who cannot hear or talk."

Mark 7:31-37 GNB Jesus then left the neighborhood of Tyre and went on through Sidon to Lake Galilee, going by way of the territory of the Ten Towns. (32) Some people brought him a man who was deaf and could hardly speak, and they begged Jesus to place his hands on him. (33) So Jesus took him off alone, away from the crowd, put his fingers in the man's ears, spat, and touched the man's tongue. (34) Then Jesus looked up to heaven, gave a deep groan, and said to the man, "Ephphatha," which means, "Open up!" (35) At once the man was able to hear, his speech impediment was removed, and he began to talk without any trouble. (36) Then Jesus ordered the people not to speak of it to anyone; but the more he ordered them not to, the more they told it. (37) And all who heard were completely amazed. "How well he does everything!" they exclaimed. "He even causes the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak!"

Mark 7:31-37 ESV Then he returned from the region of Tyre and went through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee, in the region of the Decapolis. (32) And they brought to him a man who was deaf and had a speech impediment, and they begged him to lay his hand on him. (33) And taking him aside from the crowd privately, he put his fingers into his ears, and after spitting touched his tongue. (34) And looking up to heaven, he sighed and said to him, "Ephphatha," that is, "Be opened." (35) And his ears were opened, his tongue was released, and he spoke plainly. (36) And Jesus charged them to tell no one. But the more he charged them, the more zealously they proclaimed it. (37) And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak."

Mark 7:31-37 NWT 31 Now coming back out of the regions of Tyre he went through Si´don to the sea of Gal´i·lee up through the midst of the regions of De·cap´o·lis. 32 Here they brought him a man deaf and with a speech impediment, and they entreated him to lay his hand upon him. 33 And he took him away from the crowd privately and put his fingers into the man’s ears and, after spitting, he touched his tongue. 34 And with a look up into heaven he sighed deeply and said to him: “Eph´pha·tha,” that is, “Be opened.” 35 Well, his hearing powers were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was loosed, and he began speaking normally. 36 With that he charged them not to tell anyone; but the more he would charge them, that much more they would proclaim it. 37 Indeed, they were being astounded in a most extraordinary way and they said: “He has done all things well. He even makes the deaf hear and the speechless speak.”

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
