Mark 7:6-9 CEV Jesus replied: You are nothing but show-offs! The prophet Isaiah was right when he wrote that God had said, "All of you praise me with your words, but you never really think about me. (7) It is useless for you to worship me, when you teach rules made up by humans." [Isaiah 29:13] (8) You disobey God's commands in order to obey what humans have taught. (9) You are good at rejecting God's commands so that you can follow your own teachings!
Mark 7:6-9 GNB Jesus answered them, "How right Isaiah was when he prophesied about you! You are hypocrites, just as he wrote: 'These people, says God, honor me with their words, but their heart is really far away from me. (7) It is no use for them to worship me, because they teach human rules as though they were my laws!' [Isaiah 29:13] (8) "You put aside God's command and obey human teachings." (9) And Jesus continued, "You have a clever way of rejecting God's law in order to uphold your own teaching.
Mark 7:6-9 GW Jesus told them, "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites in Scripture: 'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. (9) He added, "You have no trouble rejecting the commandments of God in order to keep your own traditions!
Mark 7:6-9 ALT But answering, He said to them, "Correctly did Isaiah prophesy concerning you, the hypocrites! (7) 'But in vain [or, to no purpose] do they worship Me, teaching [as] teachings [or, doctrines] [the] commandments of people.' [Isaiah 29:13, LXX] (8) For having left behind [or, having neglected] the commandment of God, you keep the tradition of people: baptisms [or, ceremonial washings] of pitchers and cups, and many such other similar things you do." (9) And He was saying to them, "[All too] well do you regard as nothing the commandment of God, so that you should keep your tradition.
Mark 7:6-9 LITV And answering, He said to them, Well did Isaiah prophesy concerning you, hypocrites; as it has been written: "This people honors Me with the lips, but their heart is far away from Me; (7) and in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men." [Isaiah 29:13] (8) For forsaking the commandment of God, you hold the tradition of men: immersings of utensils and cups, and many other such like things you do. (9) And He said to them, Well do you to set aside the commandment of God so that you may keep your tradition?

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
