Matthew 19:4-9 MWT
4 In reply he said: "Did you not read that he who created them from [the] beginning made them male and female 5 and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and his mother and will stick to his wife, and the two will be one flesh'? 6 So that they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has yoked together let no man put apart." 7 They said to him: "Why, then, did Moses prescribe giving a certificate of dismissal and divorcing her?" 8 He said to them: "Moses, out of regard for your hardheartedness, made the concession to you of divorcing your wives, but such has not been the case from [the] beginning. 9 I say to you that whoever divorces his wife, except on the ground of fornication, and marries another commits adultery."
Matthew 19:4-9 ESV
(4) He answered, "Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female,
(5) and said, 'Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'?
(6) So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate."
(7) They said to him, "Why then did Moses command one to give a certificate of divorce and to send her away?"
(8) He said to them, "Because of your hardness of heart Moses allowed you to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it was not so.
(9) And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery."
Matthew 19:4-9 CEV
(4) Jesus answered, "Don't you know that in the beginning the Creator made a man and a woman?
(5) That's why a man leaves his father and mother and gets married. He becomes like one person with his wife.
(6) Then they are no longer two people, but one. And no one should separate a couple that God has joined together."
(7) The Pharisees asked Jesus, "Why did Moses say that a man could write out divorce papers and send his wife away?"
(8) Jesus replied, "You are so heartless! That's why Moses allowed you to divorce your wife. But from the beginning God did not intend it to be that way.
(9) I say that if your wife has not committed some terrible sexual sin, you must not divorce her to marry someone else. If you do, you are unfaithful."
Matthew 19:4-9 ALT
(4) But answering, He said, "Did youp not read that the One having made [them] from [the] beginning made them male and female; [Gen 1:27]
(5) and said, "For this reason, a man will leave behind {his} father and mother and will be joined to [or, be united with] his wife. And they will be—the two—into one flesh [or, the two will become one flesh]? [Gen 2:24]
(6) "With the result that they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God joined together, stop letting a person separate!"
(7) They say to Him, "Why then did Moses command to 'give a scroll of divorce and to divorce her?'" [Deut 24:1,3]
(8) He says to them, "Because of yourp stubbornness Moses permitted youp to divorce your wives, but from the beginning it has not been this way.
(9) "But I say to youp, whoever divorces his wife [but] not for sexual sin and marries another commits adultery, and the one having married the one having been divorced commits adultery."

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
