Matthew 22:15-22 CEV
(15) The Pharisees got together and planned how they could trick Jesus into saying something wrong. (16) They sent some of their followers and some of Herod's followers to say to him, "Teacher, we know that you are honest. You teach the truth about what God wants people to do. And you treat everyone with the same respect, no matter who they are. (17) Tell us what you think! Should we pay taxes to the Emperor or not?" (18) Jesus knew their evil thoughts and said, "Why are you trying to test me? You show-offs! (19) Let me see one of the coins used for paying taxes." They brought him a silver coin, (20) and he asked, "Whose picture and name are on it?" (21) "The Emperor's," they answered. Then Jesus told them, "Give the Emperor what belongs to him and give God what belongs to God." (22) His answer surprised them so much that they walked away.

Matthew 22:15-22 NWT
15 Then the Pharisees went their way and took counsel together in order to trap him in his speech. 16 So they dispatched to him their disciples, together with party followers of Herod, saying: "Teacher, we know you are truthful and teach the way of God in truth, and you do not care for anybody, for you do not look upon men's outward appearance. 17 Tell us, therefore, What do you think? Is it lawful to pay head tax to Caesar or not?" 18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said: "Why do you put me to the test, hypocrites? 19 Show me the head tax coin." They brought him a denarius. 20 And he said to them: "Whose image and inscription is this?" 21 They said: "Caesar's." Then he said to them: "Pay back, therefore, Caesar's things to Caesar, but God's things to God." 22 Well, when they heard [that], they marveled, and leaving him they went off.

Matthew 22:15-22 ALT
(15) Then the Pharisees having gone, plotted how they shall entrap Him in [some] word. (16) And they send their disciples to Him, with the Herodians, saying, "Teacher, we know that You are truthful, and You teach in truth the way of God, and You are not concerned for anyone, for You do not look to the face of people [fig., You do not show favoritism to people]. (17) "So tell us, what do You think? Is it lawful to give tribute [or, a tax] to Caesar or not?" (18) But Jesus having known their wickedness, said, "Why do you* test Me, [you*] hypocrites? (19) "Show to Me the coin [used] for the tribute [or, the tax]." So they brought to Him a denarius [i.e., a Roman, silver coin]. (20) And He says to them, "Whose image [is] this, and the inscription?" (21) They say to Him, "Caesar's." Then He says to them, "So render the [things] of Caesar to Caesar, and the [things] of God to God." (22) And having heard, they were amazed, and having left Him, they went away.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
