Philippians 2:1-12 NWT
1 If, then, there is any encouragement in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any sharing of spirit, if any tender affections and compassions, 2 make my joy full in that you are of the same mind and have the same love, being joined together in soul, holding the one thought in mind, 3 doing nothing out of contentiousness or out of egotism, but with lowliness of mind considering that the others are superior to you, 4 keeping an eye, not in personal interest upon just your own matters, but also in personal interest upon those of the others. 5 Keep this mental attitude in you that was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, although he was existing in God's form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God. 7 No, but he emptied himself and took a slave's form and came to be in the likeness of men. 8 More than that, when he found himself in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient as far as death, yes, death on a torture stake. 9 For this very reason also God exalted him to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every [other] name, 10 so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend of those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground, 11 and every tongue should openly acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. 12 Consequently, my beloved ones, in the way that you have always obeyed, not during my presence only, but now much more readily during my absence, keep working out your own salvation with fear and trembling;

Philippians 2:1-12 BBE
(1) If then there is any comfort in Christ, any help given by love, any uniting of hearts in the Spirit, any loving mercies and pity, (2) Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in harmony and of one mind; (3) Doing nothing through envy or through pride, but with low thoughts of self let everyone take others to be better than himself; (4) Not looking everyone to his private good, but keeping in mind the things of others. (5) Let this mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus, (6) To whom, though himself in the form of God, it did not seem that to take for oneself was to be like God; (7) But he made himself as nothing, taking the form of a servant, being made like men; (8) And being seen in form as a man, he took the lowest place, and let himself be put to death, even the death of the cross. (9) For this reason God has put him in the highest place and has given to him the name which is greater than every name; (10) So that at the name of Jesus every knee may be bent, of those in heaven and those on earth and those in the underworld, (11) And that every tongue may give witness that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (12) So then, my loved ones, as you have at all times done what I say, not only when I am present, but now much more when I am not with you, give yourselves to working out your salvation with fear in your hearts;

Philippians 2:1-12 ALT
(1) Therefore, if [there is] any encouragement in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of spirit, if any bowels [fig., affections] and mercies, (2) fulfill my joy [or, make my joy complete], that you* shall be thinking the same thing [fig., you* are being like-minded], having the same love, united in spirit, thinking the one [thing] [fig., intending the same purpose], (3) [doing] nothing according to selfish ambition or empty [or, groundless] conceit, _but_ with humility be regarding one another [as] being better than yourselves. (4) Stop being concerned each one about the things of themselves, _but_ each one also [about] the things of others. (5) Indeed, be letting the frame of mind [or, attitude] be in you* which [was] also in Christ Jesus, (6) who existing in the nature of God, did not consider being equal to God something to be held onto, (7) _but_ He emptied Himself, having taken the nature of a slave, having come to be in the likeness of people, (8) and having been found in appearance as a person, He humbled Himself, having become obedient to the point of death-even of death of a cross. (9) And so God highly exalted Him [or, put Him in the most important position] and gave to Him a Name, the [Name] above every name, (10) so that at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of heavenly [ones] and of earthly [ones] and of [ones] under the earth, (11) and every tongue [fig., person] shall confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord to [the] glory of God [the] Father! [cp. Isaiah 45:23] (12) So then, my beloved, just as you* always obeyed, not as in my presence only, _but_ now much more in my absence, be working out your* own salvation with fear and trembling,

Philippians 2:1-12 YLT
(1) If, then, any exhortation is in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of spirit, if any bowels and mercies, (2) fulfil ye my joy, that ye may mind the same thing--having the same love--of one soul--minding the one thing, (3) nothing in rivalry or vain-glory, but in humility of mind one another counting more excellent than yourselves-- (4) each not to your own look ye, but each also to the things of others. (5) For, let this mind be in you that is also in Christ Jesus, (6) who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal to God, (7) but did empty himself, the form of a servant having taken, in the likeness of men having been made, (8) and in fashion having been found as a man, he humbled himself, having become obedient unto death--death even of a cross, (9) wherefore, also, God did highly exalt him, and gave to him a name that is above every name, (10) that in the name of Jesus every knee may bow--of heavenlies, and earthlies, and what are under the earth-- (11) and every tongue may confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (12) So that, my beloved, as ye always obey, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, with fear and trembling your own salvation work out,

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
