Philippians 2:12-18 GW My dear friends, you have always obeyed, not only when I was with you but even more now that I'm absent. In the same way continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling. (13) It is God who produces in you the desires and actions that please him. (14) Do everything without complaining or arguing. (15) Then you will be blameless and innocent. You will be God's children without any faults among (a world of) people who are crooked and corrupt. You will shine like stars among them in the world (16) as you hold firmly to the word of life. Then I can brag on the day of Christ that my effort was not wasted and that my work produced results. (17) My life is being poured out as a part of the sacrifice and service I offer to God for your faith. Yet, I am filled with joy, and I share that joy with all of you. (18) For this same reason you also should be filled with joy and share that joy with me.
Philippians 2:12-18 ALT (12) So then, my beloved, just as you always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, be working out your own salvation with fear and trembling, (13) for God is the One supernaturally working in you both to be desiring and to be supernaturally working for the sake of His good pleasure. (14) Be doing all things without complaints and arguments, (15) so that you shall become blameless and innocent children of God, unblemished in [the] midst of a crooked and having been perverted generation, among whom you shine like stars in the universe, (16) holding firmly to [or, offering] the word of life, as my right to boast in [the] day of Christ, that I did not run [fig., exert myself] in vain, nor did I labor in vain. (17) But even if I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice and sacred service of your faith, I rejoice, and I rejoice together with you all. (18) And in the same [manner], you also are to be rejoicing and are to be rejoicing together with me.
Philippians 2:12-18 NWT 12 Consequently, my beloved ones, in the way that YOU have always obeyed, not during my presence only, but now much more readily during my absence, keep working out YOUR own salvation with fear and trembling; 13 for God is the one that, for the sake of [his] good pleasure, is acting within YOU in order for YOU both to will and to act. 14 Keep doing all things free from murmurings and arguments, 15 that YOU may come to be blameless and innocent, children of God without a blemish in among a crooked and twisted generation, among whom YOU are shining as illuminators in the world, 16 keeping a tight grip on the word of life, that I may have cause for exultation in Christ’s day, that I did not run in vain or work hard in vain. 17 Notwithstanding, even if I am being poured out like a drink offering upon the sacrifice and public service to which faith has led YOU, I am glad and I rejoice with all of YOU. 18 Now in the same way YOU yourselves also be glad and rejoice with me.
Philippians 2:12-18 GNB (12) So then, dear friends, as you always obeyed me when I was with you, it is even more important that you obey me now while I am away from you. Keep on working with fear and trembling to complete your salvation, (13) because God is always at work in you to make you willing and able to obey his own purpose. (14) Do everything without complaining or arguing, (15) so that you may be innocent and pure as God's perfect children, who live in a world of corrupt and sinful people. You must shine among them like stars lighting up the sky, (16) as you offer them the message of life. If you do so, I shall have reason to be proud of you on the Day of Christ, because it will show that all my effort and work have not been wasted. (17) Perhaps my life's blood is to be poured out like an offering on the sacrifice that your faith offers to God. If that is so, I am glad and share my joy with you all. (18) In the same way, you too must be glad and share your joy with me.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
