Proverbs 16:1-6 NWT
16 To earthling man belong the arrangings of the heart, but from Jehovah is the answer of the tongue. 2 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but Jehovah is making an estimate of spirits. 3 Roll your works upon Jehovah himself and your plans will be firmly established. 4 Everything Jehovah has made for his purpose, yes, even the wicked one for the evil day. 5 Everyone that is proud in heart is something detestable to Jehovah. Hand [may join] to hand, [yet] one will not be free from punishment. 6 By loving-kindness and trueness error is atoned for, and in the fear of Jehovah one turns away from bad.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
