Revelation 21:1-4 GW ...I saw a new (tested and pure) heaven and a new (righteous and sin free) earth, because the first heaven and earth had disappeared, and the sea (of unruly mankind - Rev 17:15) was gone. (2) Then I saw New Jerusalem (the kingdom of Christ), that holy city, coming down from God in heaven. It was like a bride dressed in her wedding gown and ready to meet her husband. (3) I heard a loud voice shout from the throne: God's home is now with his people. He will live with them, and they will be his own. Yes, God will make his home among his people. (4) He will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain. These things of the past are gone forever.

The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
