Revelation 8:3-4 CEV Another angel, who had a gold container for incense, came and stood at the altar. This one was given a lot of incense to offer with the prayers of God's people on the gold altar in front of the throne. (4) Then the smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God's people, went up to God from the hand of the angel.

Revelation 8:3-4 GNB Another angel, who had a gold incense container, came and stood at the altar. He was given a lot of incense to add to the prayers of all God's people and to offer it on the gold altar that stands before the throne. (4) The smoke of the burning incense went up with the prayers of God's people from the hands of the angel standing before God.
