Romans 10:16-18 GW
But not everyone has believed the Good News. Isaiah asks, "Lord [ יהוה ], who has believed our message?" [Isaiah 53:1] (17) So faith comes from hearing the message, and the message that is heard is what Christ spoke. (18) But I ask, "Didn't they hear that message?" Certainly they did! "The voice of the messengers has gone out into the whole world and their words to the ends of the earth." [Psalm 19:4]
Romans 10:16-18 GNB
But not all have accepted the Good News. Isaiah himself said, "Lord [ יהוה ], who believed our message?" [Isaiah 53:1] (17) So then, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message comes through preaching Christ. (18) But I ask: Is it true that they did not hear the message? Of course they did---for as the scripture says: "The sound of their voice went out to all the world; their words reached the ends of the earth." [Psalm 19:4]
Romans 10:16-17 ALT
(16) _But_ they were not all obedient to the Gospel, for Isaiah says, "Lord [ יהוה ], who believed our report?" [Isaiah 53:1]
(17) So, consequently, faith [is] by hearing, but hearing through [the] word of God. (18) _But_ I say, did they never at all hear? On the contrary, "Their voice went out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the inhabited earth." [Psalm 19:4]
Romans 10:16-18 NWT
Nevertheless, they did not all obey the good news. For Isaiah says: "Jehovah [ יהוה ], who put faith in the thing heard from us?" [Isaiah 53:1] 17 So faith follows the thing heard. In turn the thing heard is through the word about Christ. 18 Nevertheless I ask, They did not fail to hear, did they? Why, in fact, "into all the earth their sound went out, and to the extremities of the inhabited earth their utterances." [Psalm 19:4]
Romans 10:16-18 LITV
(16) But not all obeyed the gospel, for Isaiah says, "Lord [ יהוה ], who has believed our report?" [Isaiah 53:1]
(17) Then faith is of hearing, and hearing through the Word of God. Isaiah 53:1
(18) But I say, Did they not hear? Yes, rather, "into all the earth their voice went out, and to the ends of the world their words." [LXX-Psa. 18:5; Psalm 19:4]
Romans 10:16-18 ASV
(16) But they did not all hearken to the glad tidings. For Isaiah saith, Lord [ יהוה ], who hath believed our report? [Isaiah 53:1]
(17) So belief cometh of hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
(18) But I say, Did they not hear? Yea, verily, Their sound went out into all the earth, And their words unto the ends of the world. [Psalm 19:4]

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
ALT - Analytical Literal Translation
ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
