Romans 3:12-26 CEV They have all turned away and are worthless. There isn't one person who does right. (13) Their words are like an open pit, and their tongues are good only for telling lies. Each word is as deadly as the fangs of a snake, (14) and they say nothing but bitter curses. (15) These people quickly become violent. (16) Wherever they go, they leave ruin and destruction. (17) They don't know how to live in peace. (18) They don't even fear God." (19) We know that everything in the Law was written for those who are under its power. The Law says these things to stop anyone from making excuses and to let God show that the whole world is guilty. (20) God doesn't accept people simply because they obey the Law. No, indeed! All the Law does is to point out our sin. (21) Now we see how God does make us acceptable to him. The Law and the Prophets tell how we become acceptable, and it isn't by obeying the Law of Moses. (22) God treats everyone alike. He accepts people only because they have faith in Jesus Christ. (23) All of us have sinned and fallen short of God's glory. (24) But God treats us much better than we deserve, and because of Christ Jesus, he freely accepts us and sets us free from our sins. (25) God sent Christ to be our sacrifice. Christ offered his life's blood, so that by faith in him we could come to God. And God did this to show that in the past he was right to be patient and forgive sinners. This also shows that God is right when he accepts people who have faith in Jesus. (26) (SEE 3:25)

(13) Their words are full of deadly deceit; wicked lies roll off their tongues, and dangerous threats, like snake's poison, from their lips; (14) their speech is filled with bitter curses. (15) They are quick to hurt and kill; (16) they leave ruin and destruction wherever they go. (17) They have not known the path of peace, (18) nor have they learned reverence for God." (19) Now we know that everything in the Law applies to those who live under the Law, in order to stop all human excuses and bring the whole world under God's judgment. (20) For no one is put right in God's sight by doing what the Law requires; what the Law does is to make us know that we have sinned. (21) But now God's way of putting people right with himself has been revealed. It has nothing to do with law, even though the Law of Moses and the prophets gave their witness to it. (22) God puts people right through their faith in Jesus Christ. God does this to all who believe in Christ, because there is no difference at all: (23) everyone has sinned and is far away from God's saving presence. (24) But by the free gift of God's grace all are put right with him through Christ Jesus, who sets them free. (25) God offered him, so that by his blood he should become the means by which people's sins are forgiven through their faith in him. God did this in order to demonstrate that he is righteous. In the past he was patient and overlooked people's sins; but in the present time he deals with their sins, in order to demonstrate his righteousness. In this way God shows that he himself is righteous and that he puts right everyone who believes in Jesus. (26) (SEE 3:25)
Romans 3:12-26 NWT 12 All [men] have deflected, all of them together have become worthless; there is no one that does kindness, there is not so much as one.” 13 “Their throat is an opened grave, they have used deceit with their tongues.” “Poison of asps is behind their lips.” 14 “And their mouth is full of cursing and bitter expression.” 15 “Their feet are speedy to shed blood.” 16 “Ruin and misery are in their ways, 17 and they have not known the way of peace.” 18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.” 19 Now we know that all the things the Law says it addresses to those under the Law, so that every mouth may be stopped and all the world may become liable to God for punishment. 20 Therefore by works of law no flesh will be declared righteous before him, for by law is the accurate knowledge of sin. 21 But now apart from law God’s righteousness has been made manifest, as it is borne witness to by the Law and the Prophets; 22 yes, God’s righteousness through the faith in Jesus Christ, for all those having faith. For there is no distinction. 23 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and it is as a free gift that they are being declared righteous by his undeserved kindness through the release by the ransom [paid] by Christ Jesus. 25 God set him forth as an offering for propitiation through faith in his blood. This was in order to exhibit his own righteousness, because he was forgiving the sins that occurred in the past while God was exercising forbearance; 26 so as to exhibit his own righteousness in this present season, that he might be righteous even when declaring righteous the man that has faith in Jesus. . .

Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us.
