The LORD  (יהוה) will defend Jerusalem and pour out a spirit of grace; they will look on Me, the one they have pierced, and mourn.

Zechariah 12:1-14 NIV . . .A prophecy: The word of the LORD  (יהוה) concerning Israel. The LORD  (יהוה), who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the human spirit within a person, declares: (2) "I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. (3) On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves. (4) On that day I will strike every horse with panic and its rider with madness," declares the LORD  (יהוה). "I will keep a watchful eye over Judah, but I will blind all the horses of the nations. (5) Then the clans of Judah will say in their hearts, 'The people of Jerusalem are strong, because the LORD  (יהוה) Almighty is their God.' (6) "On that day I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will consume all the surrounding peoples right and left, but Jerusalem will remain intact in her place. (7) "The LORD  (יהוה) will save the dwellings of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and of Jerusalem's inhabitants may not be greater than that of Judah. (8) On that day the LORD  (יהוה) will shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the angel of the LORD  (יהוה) going before them. (9) On that day I will set out to destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem. (10) "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son. (11) On that day the weeping in Jerusalem will be as great as the weeping of Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo. (12) The land will mourn, each clan by itself, with their wives by themselves: the clan of the house of David and their wives, the clan of the house of Nathan and their wives, (13) the clan of the house of Levi and their wives, the clan of Shimei and their wives, (14) and all the rest of the clans and their wives.

Zechariah 12:1-14 WEB . . .An oracle. Yahweh  (יהוה)’s word concerning Israel. Yahweh  (יהוה), who stretches out the heavens and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him says: (2) "Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of reeling to all the surrounding peoples, and it will also be on Judah in the siege against Jerusalem. (3) It will happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all the peoples. All who burden themselves with it will be severely wounded, and all the nations of the earth will be gathered together against it. (4) In that day," says Yahweh  (יהוה), "I will strike every horse with terror and his rider with madness. I will open my eyes on the house of Judah, and will strike every horse of the peoples with blindness. (5) The chieftains of Judah will say in their heart, 'The inhabitants of Jerusalem are my strength in Yahweh  (יהוה) of Armies their God.' (6) In that day I will make the chieftains of Judah like a pan of fire among wood, and like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will devour all the surrounding peoples on the right hand and on the left; and Jerusalem will yet again dwell in her own place, even in Jerusalem. (7) Yahweh  (יהוה) also will save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of David’s house and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem not be magnified above Judah. (8) In that day Yahweh  (יהוה) will defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem. He who is feeble among them at that day will be like David, and David’s house will be like God, like Yahweh  (יהוה)’s angel before them. (9) It will happen in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. (10) I will pour on David’s house and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and of supplication. They will look to me whom they have pierced; and they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for his only son, and will grieve bitterly for him, as one grieves for his firstborn. (11) In that day there will be a great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon. (12) The land will mourn, every family apart; the family of David’s house apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart; (13) the family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of the Shimeites apart, and their wives apart; (14) all the families who remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.

Zechariah 12:1-14 ESV . . .The oracle of the word of the LORD  (יהוה) concerning Israel: Thus declares the LORD  (יהוה), who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and formed the spirit of man within him: (2) "Behold, I am about to make Jerusalem a cup of staggering to all the surrounding peoples. The siege of Jerusalem will also be against Judah. (3) On that day I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples. All who lift it will surely hurt themselves. And all the nations of the earth will gather against it. (4) On that day, declares the LORD  (יהוה), I will strike every horse with panic, and its rider with madness. But for the sake of the house of Judah I will keep my eyes open, when I strike every horse of the peoples with blindness. (5) Then the clans of Judah shall say to themselves, 'The inhabitants of Jerusalem have strength through the LORD  (יהוה) of hosts, their God.' (6) "On that day I will make the clans of Judah like a blazing pot in the midst of wood, like a flaming torch among sheaves. And they shall devour to the right and to the left all the surrounding peoples, while Jerusalem shall again be inhabited in its place, in Jerusalem. (7) "And the LORD  (יהוה) will give salvation to the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem may not surpass that of Judah. (8) On that day the LORD  (יהוה) will protect the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them on that day shall be like David, and the house of David shall be like God, like the angel of the LORD  (יהוה), going before them. (9) And on that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. (10) "And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn. (11) On that day the mourning in Jerusalem will be as great as the mourning for Hadad-rimmon in the plain of Megiddo. (12) The land shall mourn, each family by itself: the family of the house of David by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of the house of Nathan by itself, and their wives by themselves; (13) the family of the house of Levi by itself, and their wives by themselves; the family of the Shimeites by itself, and their wives by themselves; (14) and all the families that are left, each by itself, and their wives by themselves.

Zechariah 12:1-14 GNB . . .This is a message from the LORD  (יהוה) concerning Israel. The LORD  (יהוה), who spread out the heavens, who laid the foundations of the earth, and who formed the human spirit, says: (2) "I will make Jerusalem like a cup of wine; the nations around her will drink and stagger like drunks. And when they besiege Jerusalem, the cities of the rest of Judah will also be besieged. (3) But when that time comes, I will make Jerusalem like a heavy stone—any nation that tries to lift it will be hurt. All the nations of the world will join forces to attack her. (4) At that time I will terrify all their horses and make all their riders go crazy. I will watch over the people of Judah, but I will make all their enemies' horses blind. (5) Then the clans of Judah will say to themselves, 'The LORD  (יהוה) Almighty is God; he will give strength to his people who live in Jerusalem.' (6) "At that time I will make the clans of Judah like a fire burning in a forest, like a flame setting fire to the sheaves. They will destroy all the surrounding nations right and left, while the people of Jerusalem remain safe in the city. (7) "I, the LORD  (יהוה), will give victory to the soldiers of Judah first, so that the honor Judah receives will be no greater than that of David's descendants or of the people of Jerusalem. (8) At that time the LORD  (יהוה) will protect those who live in Jerusalem, and even the weakest among them will become as strong as David. They will be as strong as God himself, as strong as the angel of the LORD  (יהוה) who leads them. (9) At that time I will destroy every nation that tries to attack Jerusalem. (10) "I will fill the descendants of David and the other people of Jerusalem with the spirit of mercy and the spirit of prayer. They will look at the one whom they stabbed to death, and they will mourn for him like those who mourn for an only child. They will mourn bitterly, like those who have lost their first-born son. (11) At that time the mourning in Jerusalem will be as great as the mourning for Hadad Rimmon in the Plain of Megiddo. (12) Each family in the land will mourn by itself: the family descended from David, the family descended from Nathan, (13) the family descended from Levi, the family descended from Shimei, (14) and all the other families. Each family will mourn by itself, and the men of each family will mourn separately from the women.

Zechariah 12:1-14 CEV . . .This is a message from the LORD  (יהוה) about Israel. The LORD  (יהוה) is the one who stretched out the heavens and made the earth solid. He also gave humans life. (2) I will make Jerusalem like a cup of wine that makes the neighboring nations drunk and staggering when they come to attack Jerusalem and Judah. (3) But when all the nations of the earth surround Jerusalem, I will make it like a heavy rock that crushes anyone who tries to lift it. (4) At that time I will terrify all their horses and make their riders go crazy. I will watch over Judah, but I will blind the horses of their enemies. (5) Then the clans of Judah will realize that the people of Jerusalem receive their strength from the LORD  (יהוה) All-Powerful, their God. (6) At that time I will make the clans of Judah like a ball of fire in a woodpile or a burning torch in a field of grain. They will destroy all the surrounding nations, while the people of Jerusalem remain safe. (7) I, the LORD  (יהוה), will give victory to Judah first, so that my people in Jerusalem and those from David's family will not think they are better than Judah. (8) I will protect Jerusalem, and even the weakest of its people will be as strong as David. They will be like my angel, who leads them. (9) I am determined to wipe out every nation that attacks Jerusalem. (10) I, the LORD  (יהוה), will fill the descendants of David and the other people of Jerusalem with the spirit of mercy and the spirit of prayer. They will look on me whom they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as for an only child, grieving bitterly for him as for a first-born son. (11) On that day the people of Jerusalem will mourn on a grand scale, as they did for Hadad Rimmon in the plain of Megiddo. (12) Each family will mourn privately: the family of David and the family of Nathan, (13) the family of Levi and the family of Shimei, (14) as well as all other families. The men of each family will mourn separately from the women.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
