2 Chronicles 36:15-16 GNB (15) The LORD  (  יהוה  ), the God of their ancestors, had continued to send prophets to warn his people, because he wanted to spare them and the Temple. (16) But they made fun of God's messengers, ignoring his words and laughing at his prophets, until at last the LORD's  (  יהוה  )  anger against his people was so great that there was no escape.

(16) But they mocked God's messengers, despised his words, and made fun of his prophets until the LORD  (  יהוה  )   became angry with his people. He could no longer heal them.

2 Chronicles 36:15-16 LITV (15) And Jehovah  ( יהוה ), the God of their fathers, sent to them by the hand of His messengers, rising early and sending, for He had pity on his people and on His dwelling place. (16) But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised His Words, and scoffed at His prophets until the wrath of Jehovah  ( יהוה )  went up against His people, until there was no healing.

(16) But they kept mocking the messengers of God, despising his words and scoffing at his prophets, until the wrath of the LORD  (  יהוה  )   rose against his people, until there was no remedy.
