Colossians 2:14 ASV
(14) having blotted out the bond written in ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us: and he hath taken it out that way, nailing it to the cross;

. . .and blotted out the handwritten document against us, which consisted of decrees and which was in opposition to us; and He has taken it out of the way by nailing it to the torture stake.

(14) God wiped out the charges that were against us for disobeying the Law of Moses. He took them away and nailed them to the cross.
