Exodus 19:7-9 GNB So Moses went down and called the leaders of the people together and told them everything that the LORD  (  יהוה  )  had commanded him. (8) Then all the people answered together, "We will do everything that the LORD  (  יהוה  )  has said," and Moses reported this to the LORD  (  יהוה  )  . (9) The LORD  (  יהוה  )  said to Moses, "I will come to you in a thick cloud, so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will believe you from now on." Moses told the LORD  (  יהוה  )  what the people had answered,

(9) And Jehovah  ( יהוה )  said to Moses, Behold, I come to you in a darkness of clouds, so that the people may hear My speaking with you, and in you they may believe forever. And Moses told the words of the people to Jehovah  ( יהוה )  .

(8) All the people answered together, "We will do everything the LORD  (  יהוה  )  has said." So Moses brought their answer back to the LORD  (  יהוה  )  . (9) The LORD  (  יהוה  )  said to Moses, "I am coming to you in a storm cloud so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will always believe you." Moses told the LORD  (  יהוה  )  what the people had said.

(8) And all the people answered together, and said, All that Jehovah  ( יהוה )  has spoken will we do! And Moses brought the words of the people back to Jehovah  ( יהוה )  . (9) And Jehovah  ( יהוה )  said to Moses, Lo, I will come to thee in the cloud's thick darkness, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and believe thee also for ever. And Moses told the words of the people to Jehovah  ( יהוה )  .
