Ezekiel 7:23-27 CEV Your whole country is in confusion! Murder and violence are everywhere in Israel [professed Christians in our day], (24) so I will tell the most wicked nations to come and take over your homes. They will put an end to the pride you have in your strong army, and they will make your [false Christians] places of worship unfit to use. (25) You will be terrified and will desperately look for peace--but there will be no peace. (26) One tragedy will follow another, and you'll hear only bad news. People will beg prophets to give them a message from me. Priests will stop teaching my Law, and wise leaders won't be able to give advice. (27) Even your king and his officials will lose hope and cry in despair. Your hands will tremble with fear. I will punish you for your sins and treat you the same way you have treated others. Then you will know that I am the LORD.

Ezekiel 7:23-27 LITV Take the chain, for the land is full of bloody judgments, and the city [all those professing Christianity in our day] is full of violence. (24) And I will bring the most evil of the nations, and they shall possess their houses. And I will make cease the pomp of the strong ones, and their [false Christians] holy places shall be defiled. (25) Anguish comes! And they shall seek peace, but none shall be. (26) Disaster on disaster shall come, and rumor to rumor shall be. And they shall seek a vision from the prophet, but the Law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders. (27) The king shall mourn, and the ruler shall be clothed with despair. And the hands of the people of the land shall be terrified. According to their way, I will do to them, and according to their judgments, I will judge them. And they shall know that I am Jehovah.

Ezekiel 7:23-27 GNB "Everything is in confusion ---the land is full of murders and the cities [all those professing Christianity in our day] are full of violence. (24) I will bring the most evil nations here and let them have your [false Christians] homes. Your strongest men will lose their confidence when I let the nations profane the places where you worship. (25) Despair is coming. You will look for peace and never find it. (26) One disaster will follow another, and a steady stream of bad news will pour in. You will beg the prophets to reveal what they foresee. The priests will have nothing to teach the people, and the elders will have no advice to give. (27) The king will mourn, the prince will give up hope, and the people will shake with fear. I will punish you for all you have done, and will judge you in the same way as you have judged others. This will show you that I am the LORD."

Ezekiel 7:23-27 Darby Make the chain; for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city [all those professing Christianity in our day] is full of violence. (24) Therefore will I bring the worst of the nations, and they shall possess their [false Christians] houses; and I will make the pride of the strong to cease; and their sanctuaries shall be profaned. (25) Destruction cometh; and they shall seek peace, but there shall be none. (26) Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; and they shall seek a vision from a prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders. (27) The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with dismay, and the hands of the people of the land shall tremble: I will do unto them according to their way, and with their judgments will I judge them; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
