Isaiah 40:10-23 LITV ...Behold, the Lord Jehovah  () will come with strength, and His arm rules for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him, and His wage before Him. (11) He shall feed His flock like a shepherd; He shall gather lambs with His arm; and carry them in His bosom; those with young He will lead; (12) He who has measured in His hand the waters and the heavens by a span meted out; and enclosed in the measure the dust of the earth, and weighed in the balance the mountains, and the hills in the scales, (13) Who has meted out the Spirit of Jehovah  (), or a man His counsel taught Him? (14) With whom did He take counsel, and who trained Him and taught Him in the path of justice; and taught Him knowledge, and made known to Him the way of discernment? (15) Lo, nations are as a drop from a bucket, and are reckoned as dust of the scales. Lo, He takes up coasts as a little thing. (16) And Lebanon is not enough to burn, nor are its beasts enough for a burnt offering. (17) All the nations are as nothing before Him; to Him they are reckoned less than nothing and emptiness. (18) And to whom will you liken God? Or what likeness will you array to Him? (19) The craftsman pours out the casted image, the smelter spreads it with gold; and he casts the chains of silver. (20) He too poor for that offering chooses a tree that will not rot; he seeks a skilled artisan for him, to prepare a carved image that will not be shaken. (21) Have you not known? Have you not heard? Was it not told to you from the beginning? Did you not discern from the foundations of the earth? (22) He who sits on the circle of the earth, even those living in it are like grasshoppers; He who stretches the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to live in; (23) who gives potentates into nothing. He makes judges of the earth as nothing.

Isaiah 40:10-23 GNB ...The Sovereign LORD  () is coming to rule with power, bringing with him the people he has rescued. (11) He will take care of his flock like a shepherd; he will gather the lambs together and carry them in his arms; he will gently lead their mothers. (12) Can anyone measure the ocean by handfuls or measure the sky with his hands? Can anyone hold the soil of the earth in a cup or weigh the mountains and hills on scales? (13) Can anyone tell the LORD  () what to do? Who can teach him or give him advice? (14) With whom does God consult in order to know and understand and to learn how things should be done? (15) To the LORD  () the nations are nothing, no more than a drop of water; the distant islands are as light as dust. (16) All the animals in the forests of Lebanon are not enough for a sacrifice to our God, and its trees are too few to kindle the fire. (17) The nations are nothing at all to him. (18) To whom can God be compared? How can you describe what he is like? (19) He is not like an idol that workers make, that metalworkers cover with gold and set in a base of silver. (20) Anyone who cannot afford silver or gold chooses wood that will not rot. He finds a skillful worker to make an image that won't fall down. (21) Do you not know? Were you not told long ago? Have you not heard how the world began? (22) It was made by the one who sits on his throne above the earth and beyond the sky; the people below look as tiny as ants. He stretched out the sky like a curtain, like a tent in which to live. (23) He brings down powerful rulers and reduces them to nothing.

Isaiah 40:10-23 ESV ...Behold, the Lord God  () comes with might, and his arm rules for him; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him. (11) He will tend his flock like a shepherd; he will gather the lambs in his arms; he will carry them in his bosom, and gently lead those that are with young. (12) Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand and marked off the heavens with a span, enclosed the dust of the earth in a measure and weighed the mountains in scales and the hills in a balance? (13) Who has measured the Spirit of the LORD  (), or what man shows him his counsel? (14) Whom did he consult, and who made him understand? Who taught him the path of justice, and taught him knowledge, and showed him the way of understanding? (15) Behold, the nations are like a drop from a bucket, and are accounted as the dust on the scales; behold, he takes up the coastlands like fine dust. (16) Lebanon would not suffice for fuel, nor are its beasts enough for a burnt offering. (17) All the nations are as nothing before him, they are accounted by him as less than nothing and emptiness. (18) To whom then will you liken God, or what likeness compare with him? (19) An idol! A craftsman casts it, and a goldsmith overlays it with gold and casts for it silver chains. (20) He who is too impoverished for an offering chooses wood that will not rot; he seeks out a skillful craftsman to set up an idol that will not move. (21) Do you not know? Do you not hear? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? (22) It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in; (23) who brings princes to nothing, and makes the rulers of the earth as emptiness.

Isaiah 40:10-23 GW ...The Almighty LORD  () is coming with power to rule with authority. His reward is with him, and the people he has won arrive ahead of him. (11) Like a shepherd he takes care of his flock. He gathers the lambs in his arms. He carries them in his arms. He gently helps the sheep and their lambs. (12) Who has measured the water of the sea with the palm of his hand or measured the sky with the length of his hand? Who has held the dust of the earth in a bushel basket or weighed the mountains on a scale and the hills on a balance? (13) Who has directed the Spirit of the LORD  () or instructed him as his adviser? (14) Whom did he consult? Who gave him understanding? Who taught him the right way? Who taught him knowledge? Who informed him about the way to understanding? (15) The nations are like a drop in a bucket and are considered to be like dust on a scale. The weight of the islands is like fine dust. (16) All the trees in Lebanon are not enough to burn an offering. Its wild animals are not enough for a single burnt offering. (17) All the nations amount to nothing in his presence. He considers them less than nothing and worthless. (18) To whom, then, can you compare God? To what statue can you compare him? (19) Craftsmen make idols. Goldsmiths cover them with gold. Silversmiths make silver chains for them. (20) The poorest people choose wood that will not rot and search out skillful craftsmen to set up idols that will not fall over. (21) Don't you know? Haven't you heard? Haven't you been told from the beginning? Don't you understand the foundations of the earth? (22) God is enthroned above the earth, and those who live on it are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the sky like a canopy and spreads it out like a tent to live in. (23) He makes rulers unimportant and makes earthly judges worth nothing.

Isaiah 40:10-23 NWT ...Look! The Sovereign Lord Jehovah  () himself will come even as a strong one, and his arm will be ruling for him. Look! His reward is with him, and the wage he pays is before him. 11 Like a shepherd he will shepherd his own drove. With his arm he will collect together the lambs; and in his bosom he will carry [them]. Those giving suck he will conduct [with care]. 12 Who has measured the waters in the mere hollow of his hand, and taken the proportions of the heavens themselves with a mere span and included in a measure the dust of the earth, or weighed with an indicator the mountains, and the hills in the scales? 13 Who has taken the proportions of the spirit of Jehovah  (), and who as his man of counsel can make him know anything? 14 With whom did he consult together that one might make him understand, or who teaches him in the path of justice, or teaches him knowledge, or makes him know the very way of real understanding? 15 Look! The nations are as a drop from a bucket; and as the film of dust on the scales they have been accounted. Look! He lifts the islands themselves as mere fine [dust]. 16 Even Leb´a·non is not sufficient for keeping a fire burning, and its wild animals are not sufficient for a burnt offering. 17 All the nations are as something nonexistent in front of him; as nothing and an unreality they have been accounted to him. 18 And to whom can YOU people liken God, and what likeness can YOU put alongside him? 19 The craftsman has cast a mere molten image, and with gold the metalworker overlays it, and silver chains he is forging. 20 A certain tree as a contribution, a tree that is not rotten, he chooses. A skillful craftsman he searches out for himself, to prepare a carved image that may not be made to totter. 21 Do YOU people not know? Do YOU not hear? Has it not been told to YOU from the outset? Have YOU not applied understanding from the foundations of the earth? 22 There is One who is dwelling above the circle of the earth, the dwellers in which are as grasshoppers, the One who is stretching out the heavens just as a fine gauze, who spreads them out like a tent in which to dwell, 23 the One who is reducing high officials to nothing, who has made the very judges of the earth as a mere unreality.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
