John 16:29-33 NWT
29 His disciples said: "See! Now you are speaking with plainness, and are uttering no comparison. 30 Now we know that you know all things and you do not need to have anyone question you. By this we believe that you came out from God." 31 Jesus answered them: "Do you believe at present? 32 Look! The hour is coming, indeed, it has come, when you will be scattered each one to his own house and you will leave me alone; and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. 33 I have said these things to you that by means of me you may have peace. In the world you are having tribulation, but take courage! I have conquered the world."

John 16:29-33 BBE
(29) His disciples said, Now you are talking clearly and not in veiled language. (30) Now we are certain that you have knowledge of all things and have no need for anyone to put questions to you: through this we have faith that you came from God. (31) Jesus made answer, Have you faith now? (32) See, a time is coming, yes, it is now here, when you will go away in all directions, every man to his house, and I will be by myself: but I am not by myself, because the Father is with me. (33) I have said all these things to you so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble: but take heart! I have overcome the world.

John 16:29-33 ALT
(29) His disciples say to Him, "Listen! Now You are speaking plainly, and You are not even speaking one figure of speech. (30) "Now we know that You know all, and we do not have need that anyone should be questioning You. By this we believe [or, are convinced] that You came forth from God." (31) Jesus answered them, "Now are you* believing [or, convinced]? (32) "Listen! An hour is coming, and now has come, that you* shall be scattered, each to his own, and you* shall leave Me alone. Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. (33) "These things I have spoken to you*, so that in Me you* shall be having peace [or, freedom from anxiety]. In the world you* have tribulation, _but_ be taking courage, _I_ have overcome the world!"

John 16:29-33 CEV
(29) The disciples said, "Now you are speaking plainly to us! You are not using examples. (30) At last we know that you understand everything, and we don't have any more questions. Now we believe that you truly have come from God." (31) Jesus replied: Do you really believe me? (32) The time will come and is already here when all of you will be scattered. Each of you will go back home and leave me by myself. But the Father will be with me, and I won't be alone. (33) I have told you this, so that you might have peace in your hearts because of me. While you are in the world, you will have to suffer. But cheer up! I have defeated the world.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

Darby - 1889 Darby Bible

DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation
