Luke 17:29-30 ESV . . .but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all-- (30) so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed.

Luke 17:29-30 GNB . . .On the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and killed them all. (30) That is how it will be on the day the Son of Man is revealed.

Luke 17:29-30 CEV . . .But on the very day Lot left Sodom, fiery flames poured down from the sky and killed everyone. (30) The same will happen on the day when the Son of Man appears.
