Luke 21:28-31 ISV "Now when these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, for your deliverance is near." (29) Then he told them a parable: "Look at the fig tree and all the trees. (30) As soon as they produce leaves, you can see for yourselves and know that summer is already near. (29) Then Jesus told them a story: When you see a fig tree or any other tree (30) putting out leaves, you know that summer will soon come. (31) So, when you see these things happening, you know that God's kingdom will soon be here.

Luke 21:28-31 ESV . . .Now when these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near." (29) And he told them a parable: "Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. (30) As soon as they come out in leaf, you see for yourselves and know that the summer is already near. (31) So also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the kingdom of God is near.

Luke 21:28-31 NWT . . .But as these things start to occur, raise yourselves erect and lift YOUR heads up, because YOUR deliverance is getting near.” 29 With that he spoke an illustration to them: “Note the fig tree and all the other trees: 30 When they are already in the bud, by observing it YOU know for yourselves that now the summer is near. 31 In this way YOU also, when YOU see these things occurring, know that the kingdom of God is near.
