Romans 13:8-12 GNB (8) Be under obligation to no one---the only obligation you have is to love one another. Whoever does this has obeyed the Law. (9) The commandments, "Do not commit adultery; do not commit murder; do not steal; do not desire what belongs to someone else"---all these, and any others besides, are summed up in the one command, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself." (10) If you love others, you will never do them wrong; to love, then, is to obey the whole Law. (11) You must do this, because you know that the time has come for you to wake up from your sleep. For the moment when we will be saved is closer now than it was when we first believed. (12) The night is nearly over, day is almost here. Let us stop doing the things that belong to the dark, and let us take up weapons for fighting in the light.

Romans 13:8-12 ALT (8) Be owing to no one anything, except to be loving one another; for the one loving the other [or, the different [one]] has fulfilled [the] law. (9) For, "You will not commit adultery; You will not murder; You will not steal; will not give false testimonyYou will not covet." And if [there is] any other command, it is summed up in this word, in this: "You will love your neighbor as yourself." [Exod 20:12-16 ; Deut 5:16-20 ; Lev 19:18] (10) Such love does not bring about evil [or, harm] to the neighbor. Therefore such love [is] the fulfillment of [the] law. (11) And [do] this, knowing the time, that [it is] already the hour for us to be awakened out of sleep, for our salvation [is] now nearer than when we [first] believed. (12) The night is advanced [or, almost gone], but the day has drawn near; therefore, let us take off [fig., cease from] the deeds of the darkness, and let us put on [or, clothe ourselves with] the armor of the light.

Romans 13:8-12 CEV (8) Let love be your only debt! If you love others, you have done all that the Law demands. (9) In the Law there are many commands, such as, "Be faithful in marriage. Do not murder. Do not steal. Do not want what belongs to others." But all of these are summed up in the command that says, "Love others as much as you love yourself." (10) No one who loves others will harm them. So love is all that the Law demands. (11) You know what sort of times we live in, and so you should live properly. It is time to wake up. You know that the day when we will be saved is nearer now than when we first put our faith in the Lord. (12) Night is almost over, and day will soon appear. We must stop behaving as people do in the dark and be ready to live in the light.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).

BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English

LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible

KJV - King James Version

MKJV - Modern King James Version

NWT - New World Translation
