Psalms 91:1-16 MWT (With God's personal name restored to the English translation from the original Hebrew Scriptures.) Anyone dwelling in the secret place of the Most High will procure himself lodging under the very shadow of the Almighty One. (2) Then you will say to , "You are my fortress, my place of safety; you are my God, and I trust in you." (3) The Lord will keep you safe from secret traps and deadly diseases. (4) With his pinions He will block approach to you and will spread his wings over you and keep you secure. His faithfulness is like a shield or a city wall. (5) You won't need to worry about dangers at night or arrows during the day. (6) And you won't fear diseases that strike in the dark or any sudden disaster in the day. (7) Though a thousand fall at your very side, and ten thousand at your right hand; to you it will not come near. (8) And with your own eyes you will see the retribution to the wicked. (9) Because you have made   יהוה   your fortress. Run to him for safety, (10) and no terrible disasters will strike you or your home. (11) (Because of your faith in his Christ,) God will command his angels to protect you wherever you go. (12) Upon their hands they will carry you, and you won't hurt your feet on the stones. (13) You will overpower the strongest lions and the most deadly snakes. (14) has said, "Becasue you love me and truly know who I am [ יהוה ], I will rescue you. Because you know my name, I will keep you safe. (Pro 30:4) (15) When you are in trouble, call out to me. I will answer and be there to protect and honor you. (16) With length of days I will satisfy you and you will see my saving power."

Psalm 91:1-16 NWT 91 Anyone dwelling in the secret place of the Most High Will procure himself lodging under the very shadow of the Almighty One. 2 I will say to Jehovah [ יהוה ]: "[You are] my refuge and my stronghold, My God, in whom I will trust." 3 For he himself will deliver you from the trap of the birdcatcher, From the pestilence causing adversities. 4 With his pinions he will block approach to you, And under his wings you will take refuge. His trueness will be a large shield and bulwark. 5 You will not be afraid of anything dreadful by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, 6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in the gloom, Nor of the destruction that despoils at midday. 7 A thousand will fall at your very side And ten thousand at your right hand; To you it will not come near. 8 Only with your eyes will you look on And see the retribution itself of the wicked ones. 9 Because you [said]: "Jehovah [ יהוה ] is my refuge," You have made the Most High himself your dwelling; 10 No calamity will befall you, And not even a plague will draw near to your tent. 11 For he will give his own angels a command concerning you, To guard you in all your ways. 12 Upon their hands they will carry you, That you may not strike your foot against any stone. 13 Upon the young lion and the cobra you will tread; You will trample down the maned young lion and the big snake. 14 [ has said,] Because on me he has set his affection, I shall also provide him with escape. I shall protect him because he has come to know my name [ יהוה ]. (Pro 30:4) 15 He will call upon me, and I shall answer him. I shall be with him in distress. I shall rescue him and glorify him. 16 With length of days I shall satisfy him,. . .

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:

ALT - Analytical Literal Translation

ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
