••• You should recognize and know "and use" God's Hebrew Name! It is יהוה and sounds like to English speakers... God Himself wrote with his own finger on stone tablets He then gave to Moses. (Exo 31:18) Using the Diving Name of our Creator is a uniting force in this divided world! •••

Isaiah 44:24-28 MWT . . .This is what יהוה has said, your Repurchaser and the Former of you from the belly: “I, יהוה, am doing everything, stretching out the heavens by myself, laying out the earth. Who was with me? 25 [I am] frustrating the signs of the empty talkers [world leaders], and [I am] the One that makes diviners [Religionists] themselves act crazily; the One turning wise men backwards, and the One that turns even their knowledge into foolishness; 26 the One making the word of his servant come true, and the One that carries out completely the counsel of his own messengers; the One saying of Jerusalem, ‘She will be inhabited,’ and of the cities of Judah, ‘They will be rebuilt, and her desolated places I shall raise up'; (Gal 3:26-29; Gal 6:14-16) 27 the One saying to the watery deep, ‘Be evaporated; and all your rivers I shall dry up’; 28 the One saying of Cyrus [an ancient world ruler used by God; Jesus is the greater Cyrus], ‘He is my shepherd, and all that I delight in he will completely carry out’; even in [my] saying of Jerusalem, ‘She will be rebuilt,’ and of the temple, ‘You will have your foundation laid.’” (Rev 21:1-4)

These prophecies see their major fulfillment in our day's ongoing earth wide restoration of the kingdom of David; in the hands of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Luke 1:30-33) Everyone who follows Jesus makes themselves a member of the new Israel of God (Gal 6:14-16) and survivors of Armageddon... We will receive all God promised Abraham.

Isaiah 44:24-28 ESV . . .Thus says the LORD  (יהוה), your Redeemer, who formed you from the womb: "I am the LORD  (יהוה), who made all things, who alone stretched out the heavens, who spread out the earth by myself, (25) who frustrates the signs of liars and makes fools of diviners, who turns wise men back and makes their knowledge foolish, (26) who confirms the word of his servant and fulfills the counsel of his messengers, who says of Jerusalem, 'She shall be inhabited,' and of the cities of Judah, 'They shall be built, and I will raise up their ruins'; (Gal 3:26-29; Gal 6:14-16) (27) who says to the deep, 'Be dry; I will dry up your rivers'; (28) who says of Cyrus, 'He is my shepherd, and he shall fulfill all my purpose'; saying of Jerusalem, 'She shall be built,' and of the temple, 'Your foundation shall be laid.'" (Rev 21:1-4)

Isaiah 44:24-28 GNB . . ."I am the LORD  (יהוה), your savior; I am the one who created you. I am the LORD  (יהוה), the Creator of all things. I alone stretched out the heavens; when I made the earth, no one helped me. (25) I make fools of fortunetellers and frustrate the predictions of astrologers. The words of the wise I refute and show that their wisdom is foolishness. (26) But when my servant makes a prediction, when I send a messenger to reveal my plans, I make those plans and predictions come true. I tell Jerusalem that people will live there again, and the cities of Judah that they will be rebuilt. Those cities will rise from the ruins. (Gal 3:26-29; Gal 6:14-16) (27) With a word of command I dry up the ocean. (28) I say to Cyrus, 'You are the one who will rule for me; you will do what I want you to do: you will order that Jerusalem be rebuilt and that the foundations of the Temple be laid.' " (Rev 21:1-4)

Isaiah 44:24-28 NWT . . .This is what Jehovah  (יהוה) has said, your Repurchaser and the Former of you from the belly: “I, Jehovah  (יהוה), am doing everything, stretching out the heavens by myself, laying out the earth. You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
