--- The Song Of The Lamb? ---
The final judgment of us all!
Written: December 2023
Have you heard the song of the lamb? Are you joined in singing it? Doesn't God's referring to it as "the Song of the Lamb" suggest it is important? Do you
comprehend its meaning? Who do you imagine should sing that song of Christ? (
John 1:29) Could it be
dangerous to try and sing it, if you haven't put forth effort to learn and
fully understand it's meaning?
(
Deu 5:11;
Deu 18:20-22)
Addendum: Another song you might enjoy singing is that of the four living creatures in heaven, who elect to forego any rest day or night in their chosen life of dedication. They are followed by the prayers of the 24 elders; which I like to imagine are given in song as well:
[Your knowing God's name is very important to him: (Pro 30:4) You should probably not sing these songs without quoting the proper Hebrew name of God, as used over 6000 times in the original Bible text. (Exo 3:15 - ...Then God said once more to Moses: “This is what you are to say to the sons of Israel, (Gal 3:26-29) ‘יהוה, the God of YOUR forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob, has sent me to YOU.’ This is my name to time indefinite, and this is the memorial of me to generation after generation.; Num 6:27)]
Revelation 4:6-11 MWT . . .And in the midst of the throne and around the throne [there are] four living creatures that are full of eyes in front and behind. 7 And the first living creature is like a lion, and the second living creature is like a young bull, and the third living creature has a face like a man’s, and the fourth living creature is like a flying eagle. 8 And as for the four living creatures, each one of them respectively has six wings; round about and underneath they are full of eyes. And they have no rest day and night as they say:
“Holy, holy, holy is יהוה God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is coming.”
9 And whenever the living creatures offer glory and honor and thanksgiving to the one seated upon the throne, the one that lives forever and ever, 10 the twenty-four elders fall down before the One seated upon the throne and worship the One that lives forever and ever, and they cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
11
“You are worthy, יהוה, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.”
